AKTU BPharm Eligibility & Highlights 2026
AKTU offers a full-time BPharma through various colleges affiliated with it. The duration of the UG-level programme is four years. Some colleges affiliated with the university also allow lateral entry to the second year of BPharma. Admission to BPharma at AKTU is based on the CUET UG scores of applicants. The seats are allotted through the UPTAC, an online counselling process conducted by the university.

AKTU offers various UG and PG courses based on IPU CET exam through its affiliated colleges. In connection to it, the university has released the cutoff for various All India and Home State quotas. Further, as per the AKTU cutoff 2024, the last-round stood between 151726 and 154086 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the OBC AI category candidates, the IPUCET cutoff stood between 308 and 3801. Candidates must go through the AKTU cutoff page for more cutoff-related information.
Candiates seeking admission to AKTU and have appeared for the CUET-UG entrance test are eligible to register themselves for the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) counselling process conducted by AKTU. Also, candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any institution located in UP or whose parents are domicile of UP subject to the eligibility conditions given in the AKTU brochure are eligible for the counselling round.
AKTU releases cutoff through its affiliated colleges. At 15000 score, it is possible to get admission to a few colleges including R. D. Engineering College Technical Campus, for which the last round closing score was 16842 for the General AI category candidates. Other best college at this score could be Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, with last round closing score of 16384. Technical Education and Research Institute (TERI, Ghazipur) could also be considered which had the last round closing score of 15844.

Every year, UP State releases a notification for fee reimbursement for the students of AKTU and its affiliated colleges. Students studying in AKTU can register themselves for fee-waiver scholarship schemes through the Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement Online System of UP State. Selection Rounds

AKTU accepts JEE Main Scores for admission to the BTech and BTech Integrated courses. AKTU BTech cutoff 2024 has been concluded and as per the available data, the cutoff ranged between 30751.6 and 1413411 for the General AI category candidates. Wherein, the B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering was the most competitive course with a Last Round closing rank of 30751.6 for the General AII India category students.
DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University is expected to conduct a total of six rounds for CUET-UG-qualified candidates. However, the cutoff rounds are conducted as per seat availability. If seats are available after AKTU round six of the counselling process, the University will release the special round to fulfil their vacant seats.

After the JEE Main session 2 result announced, candidates need to first head on to official JEE Main website to know the performance in terms of rank and marks on the portal. You further need to download the scorecard to assess your performance. The needed details to log in are application number and birth date. Apart checking scorecard and rank, they need to check out their qualifying status. Based on your results, you then have to make up your mind to prepare for JEE Advanced or not to get into the IITs. Moreover, the candidates who qualify the JEE Main exam will be allowed to sit for the counselling rounds of NITs, IIITs, and other participating institutes. Candidates enrolled in the Ph.D. programme at AKTU on a regular basis are eligible for a monthly stipend of INR 31,000 from MHRD for the first two years of the programme and a monthly stipend of INR 35,000 for the next three years of the course of study; after completing five years, if students are still working on their Doctoral degree, then they are provided monthly financial assistance of INR 12,000 for only one year. Ph.D. scholars are eligible for Stipend only if they have qualified for national-level entrance examinations such as UGC/ CSIR NET (JRF) examination, SET, GATE (with a valid score), or Teacher Research Fellowship.
