AKTU BPharm Eligibility & Highlights 2026
AKTU offers a full-time BPharma through various colleges affiliated with it. The duration of the UG-level programme is four years. Some colleges affiliated with the university also allow lateral entry to the second year of BPharma. Admission to BPharma at AKTU is based on the CUET UG scores of applicants. The seats are allotted through the UPTAC, an online counselling process conducted by the university.

The AKTU fees for various courses is cumulative of several fee components. AKTU is a state-level, public collegiate university. Formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), it is a University of National Importance, specially for the UG and PG courses offered in the field of Engineering and Science. Yes, candidates seeking admission to DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University undergraduate and postgraduate courses must have appeared for the CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance exams, respectively. AKTU will not admit students who do not a valid CUET score. NTA usually releases CUET result in July. CUET UG Counselling is held and conducted separately by the participating institutes. CUET UG Counselling is usually held between Jul and Aug.

Selection Rounds
AKTU BPharma admissions are based on CUET UG scores & UPTAC counselling. The counselling process is conducted & regulated by AKTU. The seat allotment is based on the affiliated college cut-off & the student's preference for courses & colleges.
Admission Confirmation
Shortlisted candidates must report at the university or the allocated affiliated college for counselling & document verification. AKTU BPharm Scholarships 2026
BPharm students can avail of AKTU scholarships offered under the regulations of the UP State Scholarship scheme. Every year, UP State releases a notification for fee reimbursement for the students of AKTU and its affiliated colleges. The scholarships are offered to eligible and meritorious students from the SC/ST/OBC category.
