Yes, Aligarh Muslim University admission to most of the courses is based on CUET scores. Admission to AMU undergraduate courses including  BSc (Hons.) Community Science, BA (Hons/Research), BVoc in Production Technology, Polymer and Coating Technology and Fashion Design & Garment Technology and BSc (Hons/Research) is completely based on valid Central University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) scores. From the academic session 2022, all the central universities along with a few state-deemed universities and private universities started accepting CUET scores for admission to their UG and PG courses. 

At the PG level, Aligarh Muslim University provides a 2 years M.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry course to the students. To get admission to this course, aspiring students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements - 55.0% in graduation. This course offers admission to 25 students. 

AMU BA tuition fee ranges between INR 25,500 and INR 40,500. The exact amount depends on the choice of specialisation. Final selection for most of the UG and PG courses via CUET is based on candidates' performance in the counselling round. No, candidates who did not had Mathematics as a compulsory subject during Class 12 board exams are still eligible for BBA admissions at AMU. The BBA eligibility criteria for Aligarh Muslim University course admissions requires candidates to clear their Class 12 in any stream with minimum aggregate of 55%. Aligarh Muslim University offers a full-time BSc course at the undergraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to AMU for BSc must visit the official website of the University to apply online. AMU BSc admission is completely entrance-based. Depending upon the BSc specialisation chosen by a candidate, the admission is provided based on candidates' marks in either AMU Entrance Exam or CUET-UG. Based on the entrance exam scores, AMU will release a merit list of selected students. As a final step, selected students need to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

AMU NEET Cutoff 2025 was released till Round 5 for admission to the MBBS and BDS courses. AMU accepts the NEET Cutoff ranks, followed by AMU NEET Counselling for admission to the medical courses. The AMU Cutoff 2025 for NEET was released for all categories under the All India quota. 

For the General category candidates, the cutoff for MBBS course admission was  12762, according to the last round closing ranks. For the BDS course admission, the last round closing rank was 29279.  Please note that the cutoff ranks vary for each category, round, courses, etc.

AMU B.Ed admission is based on candidates' performance in a departmental test conducted by the University. The B.Ed course is offered at Aligarh, Malappuram and Murshidabad campuses. The total seat intake for the Aligarh Muslim University B.Ed course is 100. Candidates seeking admission to this course also need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. For AMU B.Ed admission, candidates must have passed BA/BSc/BCom with a minimum aggregate of 50%. 

The Aligarh Muslim University only accepts AMUEEE scores for admission to the BTech course. The AMUEEE is private- engineering exam with a very high volume of applicants every year which means th competition level among students is also very high.

AMU releases course-wise Firm Lists on based on CUET as well. AMU Counselling 2023 is to be conducted up to maximum of ten rounds for some courses like BTech whereas for other courses it is majorly conducted till seven or eight rounds, depending on the availability of the seats. AMU releases the Select List or the Interview Lists for the candidates who have been provisionally selected for AMU Counselling 2023, followed by the release of Firm Lists which contain the name of students finally selected for admissions after the counselling. The round-wise seat allotment results can be checked by the registered candidates on the official website of AMU as and when these are released.

Candidates are required to register themselves round-wise for AMU Counselling for admission to specified cource. To participate in the counselling process for AMU admissions 2023, the qualified candidates must visit the official website to register themselves. Step 4: On the next page, login using the email ID and password or SIGN UP, in case not registered for counselling yet. 

Step 5: Once logged in, upload the required documents, lock choices and submit. 

The AMU exam authority will verify all the documents uploaded by the candidates, and in case there is any discrepancy in the documents, they will ask to re-upload the documents in correct manner. Once the documents are verified, AMU cutoff in the form of merit list/ firm list will be published on the website.
