NLU Trichy Cutoff 2025: Check Category-wise CLAT Cutoff Ranks

Tamil Nadu National Law University cutoff 2024 for the Round 1 Seat Allotment has been released for the two courses including B.A. LL.B. and B.Com. LL.B.. As per the cutoff for CLAT Round 1, the opening and closing ranks for TNNLU for BA LLB are BCom LLB is tabulated below for general category:

TNNLU which is one of the best institutes for law admissions has released its Round 1 seat allotment results recently. It accepts CLAT scores to offer courses such LLB for various specialisations. Considering the TNNLU cut off 2025 for the Round 1 seat allotment results, the cutoff for BA LLB (Hons) and B.Com LLB (Hons) stood at 1278 and 1424, respectively, for the General AI category candidates. What is considered a good score for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) course at TNNLU depends on the category you belong to.  Different AI and HS quota categories have different cutoffs accordingly. 

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 1370 to 1528. Hence, students need to attain a rank of at least 1528 to be eligible for admission.

The Consortium of National Law Universities releases the CLAT 2024 cutoff ranks for all participating National Law Universities following each round of counselling and seat allocation. For the TNLS Tiruchirappalli, it had released up to five allotment lists for admission to LL.M., B.A. LL.B. (Hons), and LL.M. LL.B courses.

According to the fifth allotment list of CLAT cutoff 2024 for the general category, BA LLB is categorised as the most competitive course. The cutoff for BA LLB at TNLS Tiruchirappalli was 1628 in 2024. Moreover, the closing rank for BCom LLB stood at 1711.

The TNNLU CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released for admission to the BA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB and LLM courses. The cutoff was released for several categories, including the OBC.

The seat intake for Tamil Nadu National Law University Tiruchirappalli BA LLB (Hons) course is around 60 seats. The seats are offered only to students who are shortlisted for CLAT 2025 admission process. Shortlisted candidates just have to pay the course fee and finalise the seat.
