Faculty of Visual Arts, a better destination for aspiring artists.
Placements: The placements are provided in our college. Though not up to the mark, the students usually go for the higher studies or TGT, PGT.
Kendriya Vidyalaya and Novodaya Schools are the preferred destinations for many students, while some students join studios, to enhance their creativity and practice.
Infrastructure: The faculty of visual arts, BHU is a big campus, well equipped with all facilities needed. Though some department lack some of the modern equipment that should be there, but for that, our faculty is trying hard, to bring them all. My department (Pottery and Ceramics) is also good in terms of infrastructure facilities. There are abundant wheels and furnaces for us. And work-space is also good and provides congenial work environment.
Faculty: The faculty follows the course curriculum as prescribed by the government. Professors are very kind and friendly, they are well qualified and carry long experience in their fields. The course is followed strictly, and as it is a subject more of practice. So, practices are followed more. The teachers and mentors encourage creativity in all students, and they give their cent percent for students.
Other: The faculty of visual arts is situated in Banaras Hindu University Campus and is one of the few places which provides such vast opportunities for all-round development of students. The university provides an opportunity to develop yourself in different areas such as sports, arts, athletics, etc. Besides this, the university has a green and clean environment provides better and healthy lifestyle to everyone living here.

FACULTY OF FINE ARTS(BHU)
Placements: Almost all students get a job instantly after getting the degree.
The starting package was around 30k for private companies and 70k for government school.
Birla is a good company according to me.
You just get a degree and you must apply for a job in a company.
People get work for preparing advertisements.
Infrastructure: The class is equipped with air conditioners, wifi is available in the whole campus, there are many libraries too.
Mess of the hostel was decent, not too bad.
There are many playgrounds available in the university itself so anyone can do their sports activities when it's available.
Faculty: Ofcourse the teachers are highly qualified, and knowledgeable, they are helpful indeed.
Yes this is a professional degree and people get hired in the top advertisements companies and get paid, the salary increases with time.
The exams are decent. If we talk about the passing the exams, when I was there, I saw very few students who failed in the semesters.
Other: I just love art and took art after passing my highschool.
No need to improve the course, it is at its peak already.
There are many events in the faculty and the university.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided for students are superb with complete facilities like a good connection of internet, big labs, classrooms and proper education. In the hostel, students get proper and healthy food from the mess and canteen, and medical facilities are also proper.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. The teaching quality is extremely good. The MFA course is very helpful to make students industry-ready, and it helps students to make proper money in the future, which gives a better lifestyle.
Other: Events, fests, campus, connectivity, campus surrounding, scholarship, etc., are perfect, and the surroundings are also good.
