BSc (Hons) courses offered by Banaras Hindu University (BHU) are available in multiple specialisations. Selection takes place on the basis of performance in CUET, which has replaced BHU-UET. Candidates applying on the official website will be redirected to CUET's official website, since, BHU is accepting CU-CET or CUET for admission to all the UG courses. The concerned head of the department/coordinator will issue electronic call letters to the candidates for counselling. Studying B.Sc. statistics at BHU: An in-depth personal review.

Placements: The placement in my course is in the Master's, so I can tell you about the Master's. So the percentage of students placed is 90 percent. The highest package offered is 16 LPA, with an average of around 10.8 LPA, and the lowest is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are EY, Accenture, Dell, and JSS. Top roles offered are business analyst, data analyst, and AI/ML analyst.

Infrastructure: The department is equipped with modern facilities, including Wi-Fi all over the building, modern classrooms, a departmental library, and labs with computers for practicals. The hostel is very good, based on the price we pay, it is highly affordable, and the rooms are in good condition.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified Ph.D. holders, friendly, and highly knowledgeable in their respective fields. The course curriculum is research-based, which focuses on research activity. The semester exam is moderate, with around 60 percent of students easily passing the exam.

Other: I chose this college because it was very close to my home and it is very affordable. Placement is the best thing about my course. .

Review of Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Banaras Hindu University.

Placements: There are few placements in this course. Students want to pursue their higher education so no one gets placed. Some companies like Byju's and HDFCL visit our campus. They offer a salary package of 1 LPA - 1.5 LPA to the students of our university.

Infrastructure: There is a library in this college. Wi-Fi is available. There is no lab in the mathematics department. The number of classrooms is enough. Food quality is good in the college mess. Medical and sports facilities are available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good enough. Teachers are very kind and patient. They actually listen to our problems. There is no course relevant to the industry. Semester exams are hard to crack. About 70% of students pass their exams.
