Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed. The highest package is 7.08 LPA and the average package is 3.78 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro and TCS. Almost 70% of students got internships. Brainware University is a good college for bachelor's or any degree, I suggest to everyone.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available. Library facilities are also good, maximum books are available. Classrooms are also nice and have AC. Hostel is clean and well-maintained. Canteen food is average. Overall, good college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach very well. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little bit difficult, but if students study well then they can get good marks. Pass percentage is 90%. In our university, every faculty member has good behavior.

Other: I choose this college to pursue my B.Tech CSE, which is the best decision ever. College is too good. I hope after years and years it will be more good. Fest is conducted. Campus is too beautiful. Scholarship is available for students.

Brainware University is valuable for most probably everything.

Placements: The percentage required to get placed in our course is 60%. The highest package offered in our course is 50 LPA. The lowest package offered in our course is Rs 20,000 per month. The percentage of students who got internships is 8%.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is nice. There are also labs for each department with free Wi-Fi. Different departments also have different libraries. The quality of food is average. There is a sick room.

Faculty: Teachers are always helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is great. Curriculum makes students ready for the industry. The end-term semester exams are very tough. Teachers strictly guard in the examination hall. The pass percentage is 30%. Faculty members are also well-behaved. They help us with almost everything.

Other: I chose this course because I like computers and their technologies.

The college is good for other courses like BBA, multimedia, or nursing but not good for B.Tech.

Placements: Almost 80% of students get placed but the CTC is not so high. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA. I would not say the academic structure is very good, it is average. Corlynax, Codeclouds, and Junnomoneta are currently recruiting. Besides Justdial once came in our placement drive. Delta also visited.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available from Wi-Fi to sports games and the library. Everything is easily accessible. Canteen or food court food is always available. We have a variety and high-quality meals. Classrooms are clean and some of them are air-conditioned. Overall, I give a 8/10 rating. The infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Faculty members are not always properly trained. Some of the teachers are good and know the technique of teaching, but some of them are just bogus. They don't know anything. Semester exams are not difficult. You will get each subject suggestion before exams. You will pass it.

Other: I want to be in corporate, but now, I am not interested in it anymore.

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure and placement are also good.

Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. The average salary package is 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Adobe, etc. Every good student got an internship from our course. Roles offered are web developer, data analytic, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. We have a separate computer science building. There is a library where we have a good amount of books. They provide us with free Wi-Fi. Classrooms are quite big. Around 60 students can sit together. The canteen provides food to students 4 times a day. Every floor has one sick room. We have a separate playground where students can play any game.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are always available to clear any doubts of students. The course is very relaxed. Subjects like data analytics, DBMS, etc., make students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy as teachers provide study materials like modules, suggestions, etc.

Other: This course is one of the best courses for the future. The things I wish would be improved are more practical studies and hands-on experience. Our college organises an annual fest every year named Anandadharaa. It provides scholarships like Swami Vivekananda's Scholarship.

Everything looks good in our college.

Placements: Placement is not so good, but if you work hard, you must get a job. 98% placement is there, but the salary is a little worrying. The highest salary is 25 LPA, and the lowest is 1 lakh 20 thousand per annum. There are many companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. 85% of students go for internships.

Infrastructure: Everything is good, but food quality is not so good. But overall, the outcome is good. Wi-Fi is also available in our campus, but limited MBs are there. Labs and classrooms are very clean. The library is also good and very silent. You may take a seat in the hostel, but the fees are a little higher than outside PGs.

Faculty: The main part of the college is the exam, and in this college, it is very good. Faculty members are very helpful. They are well-educated. Teachers teach us very well. There are many doubt-clearing classes. The percentage is overall 40% out of 100 marks in each subject.

Other: Work hard and get a job off-campus.

1st Year Insights: Campus Life and In Depth Review of Brainware University.

Placements: The students get eligible for placements in the 7th semester. I will only talk about CSE placements So in 2023-24, companies visited: TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Infosys, Siemens, Amazon and other small companies too. In total, 40-50 companies visited (including online and on campus placements) the highest offer made is 24LPA (Wipro) and the lowest is 1.8LPA (Zolostays Property Solutions). Total offers made: 177. No information is available on the percentage of students placed from B.Tech. But overall, including all 55+ courses it's 98. Top roles offered: Software Engineer, Programmer.

Infrastructure: Each month, almost 10-15 workshops / events / special events / hackathons /site visits / internships occur. The biggest club event is Texibition which occurs in the month of June, Anandhara Fest occurs in May/June and other small activities are also held. Something is going on every day here or there. Almost all the book required including domain and non domain subjects are available in the library and there's also a library portal online where the availability of book is shown. Not only that external online library (3rd party) but journal sources are also provided to the students with no extra cost. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, there's LAN for the faculty members in each and every classroom, the labs are also LAN connected and each and every classroom, corners, corridors, common rooms, outside buildings are under CCTV surveillance. The campus is strictly no ragging campus. There are also 3 playgrounds.

Faculty: This is an autonomous University, even though it doesn't follow any other college, still it maintains a norm of adding basic Science subjects in the 1st year of engineering which in my opinion is useless. Except that, the syllabus in those subjects is kept simple as compared to other colleges. The domain subjects includes every aspect of CSE. Other than that, there's a complete campus to corporate boost camps including soft skills classes which will definitely train you to be fluent in English and for what happens in the corporate world. These classes start from the 1st year itself. I think the course curriculum is fair and doesn't really need any improvement other than removing the basic Science subjects which is present in every college. There are 2 class tests (20 marks each and occurs in a month gap) and talking about semesters, if one does all the classes properly, the exam will be fair evaluative (neither too easy nor too hard). The teachers also provide suggestion. As I'm a 1st year engineering student, we have the basic Science subjects in the 1st year. The syllabus is actually very simple compared to other colleges and most of the students already know these concepts as these are already taught in the High School. The faculty to student ratio is more than enough. If the majority of students face any problem with the current faculty, the mentor will do his/her best to tackle/change the faculty asap. Besides, all the faculty members are trained to be very supportive and to be frank with students. They try to help in every way possible if the student faces any problem. Most of the teachers have already completed/completing their Ph.D. so you can assume how skillful they are. Most of the teachers adopt a more technical and practical way of teaching rather than mugging up things. Though the teaching techniques differ from teacher to teacher, overall you will definitely have a good experience in this University.

Other: The fees of this University, compared to other colleges is very affordable, considering the fact that they are providing each and every facility including AC classes. My total feels is 4.64L which includes exam fees, tuition fees, library fees, laboratory fees, Skybags backpack, a shirts and a t shirts. Vidyalankar scholarship (internal), since I scored 75%+ in my boards, I got a scholarship of 50K. 80-90% of the scholarship is 60k. For 90-95%, the fees is half waved. For 95% + the fees i full waved. They are also in touch with external scholarships like Swami Vivekananda, Kanyashree, etc. There are scholarships for students working on a startup also. Once you're enrolled in a course, there will be no fee hikes in between. Though the fee structure changes for every new admission (yearly) as they hike the fees, but once you're enrolled the fees will be fixed. Yes there are opportunities for campus employment, I haven't enrolled in any so I don't have enough information.

In my opinion, it's the best private college in Kolkata.

Placements: One of the best private universities. It provides 97% placements. In our course, the average salary package offered is around 6.50 LPA, and the highest package was 21 LPA. Top companies in this course include Apple, Infosys, Micro devices, Axis Bank, and many more. The best roles offered in this course are Data Scientist, Civil Engineer, Network Engineer, and many others.

Infrastructure: Brainware University provides the best facilities. All classrooms in our department are very clean, and all labs have AC. The best reference books are available. We have quality hostels and a mess outside the college, as well as a canteen inside our college. The best medical facilities are available. Every year, we organize sports and games like cricket, football, kho kho, long jump, and more.

Faculty: Our department teachers are well qualified. They organize activities, webinars, and provide ideas to complete the final year project. All teachers in our department put effort into making the students industry-ready. Our college semester exams are easy, not difficult. Approximately 100% of students pass.
