For seat allocation at DU, students are required to lock their college and course preferences after the result is out. Yes, it is possible to get in DU without CUET. However, this is not applicable for traditional regular UG courses. For most programmes, the university asks for CUET UG or CUET PG score. At the undergraduate level, DU offers BSc (Hons) and BSc programmes across 19 and 10 specialisations, respectively, of three years' duration. Offered in both honours and general specialisationshe, the honours courses are more specialised and focus on a particular subject area while the general courses are more broad-based and cover a wider range of subjects, such as BSc (General) or BSc (Pass).

Out of the 90+ affiliated colleges under DU, more than 25 instituites offer BSc or BSc (Hons) courses to the students.  Admission to all these courses was subject to merit in Class 12 till 2021. However, starting 2022, admission for all the undergraduate courses at DU will be based on CUET (conducted by NTA). The CUET UG cut off is determined by CUET participating universities seperately. Parameters on the basis of which CUET UG cut off is released are:

• The difficulty level of the CUET exam
• Overall performance of the test takers (pass percentage/ score range, etc.)

DU registrations via CUET 2023 for UG programmes began on Feb 10, 2023 and were open till Mar 30, 2023. Additionally, for admission to PG courses, DU CUET-PG registrations for the 2023 session started on Mar 20 and were open till May 5. Followed by the application forms of CUET UG and CUET PG, DU has already started the DU CSAS registration for final college and course allotment of students who qualified the CUET UG exam. The process will begin soon for CUET PG qualifiers as well.

DU infrastructure includes several modern amenities and state-of-the-art infrastructure for its students. No, CUET application fee is similar as of previous year. The CUET registration fee is updated on release of the CUET notification. Earlier, CUET application fee was revised with the reduction on choice of subjects for CUET exam. NTA will commence CUET UG 2026 registrations at cuet.nta.nic.in. No, Delhi University offers a full-time LLM programme of two to three years duration at the PG level. This course is offered by Faculty of Law under DU. University of Delhi LLM admission is conducted in online mode and for final selection, candidates are required to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university.
