
GAT PGP results are declared on the official website of GITAM University in May. The merit of a candidate will be determined by the score secured in the exam. However, this will be subject to the rule of reservation as per UGC guidelines/norms as applicable to the university.
Students who qualify for the GAT PGP will be eligible for admission only if they fulfil the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility criteria.
Direct Admission to Board Toppers
The University offers direct admission to Board toppers/first rank holders of central and all state board examinations(equivalent to 10+2). These students will not be required to appear for GAT-PGP if they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. However, such aspirants are required to submit an application seeking admission to the engineering and pharmacy programs in the university
Please note that 25% of the seats are reserved for meritorious students belonging to Karnataka for admission at Bengaluru Campus.
