What is IPU CET?
IPU CET full form is Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test. Candidates striving for admission to various courses at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will be admitted either through the National Level Test conducted or through IPU CET conducted by the University or on the merit of the qualifying degrees depending on the course they want to apply for. There shall be no CET for admissions to BTech/BA LLB/BBA LLB/LLM & BArch programme. IPU CET 2026 is conducted for BTech Biotechnology, Lateral Entry to BTech programmes for Diploma holders, and Lateral Entry to BTech programmes for BSc Graduates.

In IPU CET there is negative marking. This means one mark is reduced for each incorrect response. Marks are not deducted for unanswered questions. This means that if a candidate leaves a question unanswered, no marks are deducted.
