Other: Jadavpur University is the best university in West Bengal. The library is very nice and separate hostel facility for girls and boys is also available. There are 3 canteens in the campus and the food quality is very hygienic and the price is also reasonable. There is a big playground in the middle of the campus. The Faculty is also excellent. The lab is very nice and all the modern equipment are present. Placement is also very nice and most of the students got a high package.

Other: I was a student of Jadavpur University (JU) for five years and my experience was simply fantastic. A sprawling campus, wonderful staff, great teachers, bright and friendly students all combine to make this university a real star in the education. It's library facility also very good.

It is a great college to build a career, but the administration should be improved.

Placements: More than 80% of the students got placed. The average salary package offered was 5.4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was up to 12 LPA. Companies like Google and Texas Instruments were the top recruiters of our college. The college organises various workshops and seminars. The salary package offered to the students varied every year. The lowest salary package offered starts from 1.9 LPA. More than 70% of the students got an internship.

Infrastructure: All classrooms and labs are well-equipped. There was a common library, a departmental library and a digital library. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There were many canteens to eat tasty and hygienic food at a reasonable cost. The college was very active in games and sports.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were highly qualified and friendly with enormous knowledge. They used to motivate students a lot about building up career and personality. The course prepares a student for various jobs and also for national level exams related to the subject.

Other: I have chosen this course as I was very much interested in electronics. The course should be more updated. The connectivity to the campus was great, and it has a very friendly environment. The college organises one of the most exciting fests of the town every year. Students also get good scholarships.
