B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from Jammu & Kashmir Board of school Education or from any other recognised board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

To be eligible for admission to M.Sc. courses at University of Kashmir, South Campus, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in a relevant topic from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points in order to be considered for admission to the University of Kashmir, South Campus's M.Sc. programs. However, this may differ for specific specialisations or reserved categories. 

The process followed by the Kashmir University for the conversion of grade points into the percentage of marks for BA course admissions is simply obtained by multiplying by 10. For example, a grade point average of 9.15 means a percentage of 91.5.

In most of the top institutions like IIMs, the minimum eligibility to pursue an MBA is 50% aggregate in graduation. But the marks in graduation are not the only criteria. Out of all the affiliated colleges, SSM College of Engineering offers the most amount of BTech seats. Out of the 1025 seats offered by Kashmir University 720 seats are offered by SSM College of Engineering. Its admission process is also different as the admission in the university take place through the JKCET entrance exams, whereas, admission into other colleges of Kashmir University take place through the JEE Mains entrance exam.

The University of Kashmir, South Campus, has an MBA as its top course for many reasons, which include the quality of education, the faculty and the top opportunities for its students. Here, the MBA is a four-semester programme that emphasizes the development of students' overall personality through many practical activities. Also, they provide industrial visits to help the students understand the Industrial area. Workshops, Seminars and Innovative programs are frequent to keep the student engaged in learning. 

With a BPharm degree, students can pursue a career as Quality Control Associate, Pharmaceutical Scientist, or can further pursue MPharm. The eligibility criteria for BPharm is Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate and the candidate must have studied Biology as a core subject. The tuition fee for BPharm is INR 36,000. The documents required at the time of Kashmir University BPharm application process are as follows:

Candidates seeking admission to the BPharm programme offered at Kashmir University can apply for admission in offline mode as well. For offline registrations, candidates can download the application form from the official website of Kashmir University and submit it (duly filled) at the address prescribed by the University.

If a candidate has a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 and have a valid JEE Main score then they are eligible for admission in the Kashmir University BTech programme. Candidates are selected on the basis of the merit secured in their JEE Main or JKCET entrance exam. Kashmir University provides BTech admission in its main campus as well as through multiple affiliated colleges. Therefore, candidates have multiple options if they want to apply for BTech admission at the university.

No, both the application fees are for different purposes and can not be used to substitute one or the other. JEE Main application fee is for aspirants to appear for the entrance exam, whereas, Kashmir University BTech application fee is for candidates to apply for admission into the programme. Therefore, once candidates have applied for JEE Main entrance exam they will have to apply again once they take admission into Kashmir University.

Kashmir University BTech admission take place through the merit secured in JEE Main exams. Candidates with a valid JEE Main score can apply for admission into the programme. Once the results of the exams are announced candidates are provided with provisional admission on application. Admission is only finalised when the candidate has done the document verification and some amount of the tuition fee is paid.
