LPU PhD fee structure is a combination of several fee components including tuition fee, hostel fees, examinaition fees, caution deposit, and other fees. The LPU PhD tuition fee is INR 3 lakh.

The fees for the other components is yet to be revealed by LPU for PhD students. The LPU fees might be charged on either per semester of per annum basis.

Hostel facility is provided by LPU. There are multiple sharing rooms. Students can apply for single seater rooms as well. Hostel charges are different for each type of room. The fee for single seater standard AC room is INR 1.5 Lacs per year. 

Yes, BTech at LPU is worth pursuing if you are interested in CSE courses and are willing to pay the fee. LPU was ranked at 50 under the 'Engineering' category. The university provides an industry-focused enviornment. The university actively conducts huge placement drives and helps students to upskill themselves. CSE, IT, and AI & Machine Learning courses often see an overall good placement report with top 50% students getting an average package of INR 10.21 lakh. Scholarships are also given to students through LPUNEST and hence, if you secure one, the ROI becomes a good attraction. LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based.  Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

Lovely Professional University-LPU accepts several entrance exam scores. The university accepts JEE Main/ CUET UG/ CUET PG/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NATA/ CLAT etc. for its UG and PG programmes. Students may also appear for the LPUNEST.

LPU offers admission to MBA based on LPUNEST, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT or NMAT score of the candidates followed by GDPI. Candidates must pass graduation with at least 55% aggregate or completed CS from the ICSI or CA from the ICAI or CMA from ICAI to apply for LPU MBA course.

No, CUET marks is not a compulsory requirement for getting admission in MSc programme of LPU. However, the university accepts valid scores of CUET as well as it's own in-house entrance exam called LPUNEST for giving admission in MSc at LPU.

Yes, candidates can get direct admission in LPU. Aplicants must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria set by the colleeg. They need to apply online on the official website of college.

The Lovely professional university conducts the LPUNEST exam in multiple phases. Currently, phase 6 exam is ongoing, which started on August 4 and the last exam will be held on August 20, 2026.

Students should pass BCA or BSc Computer Science or BSc IT or have any graduation degree with computer Science as a course  with at least 60% marks to apply for MCA course. Students BA, BSc or BCom degree with Mathematics and allied subjects at Class 12 are eligible to apply. Admission is done basis LPUNEST score.
