The placement percentage of MBA is yet to be released for the batch 2025. The MBA students of the batch 2025 secured the highest package of INR 49.4 LPA. Over 130 students achieved the salary between INR 10 LPA to INR 49.4 LPA. The average salary of top 10% was INR 13.6 LPA.  Earlier, LPU recorded 95% of placements for the MBA batch passed out in 2024.

CAT is one of the accepting exams for admission to MBA course of LPU. Th university conducts LPUNEST Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to MBA course. It is conducted in online mode every year. The test acts as an Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. The amount of scholarship is determined by the marks and rank obtained by candidates in the exam. LPUNEST is a 2.5 hours exam including 125 questions. Apart from LPUNEST, the university also accepts MAT, XAT and other Management entrance exam scores for admission. The shortlisted candidates are further called for GDPI round.

Lovely Professional University (LPU University) offers over 300 degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes to aspirants at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. It offers BTech, MBA, BSc, BBA, B.A., B.Arch, BDes, MTech, LL.B. and various other courses to students. LPU admission 2023 to most of the courses is entrance-based. LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based.  Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

LPU is a private university which is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission), UGC-DEB, NCT, PCI, BCE, COA, PSCAE, ITPI & Indian Association of Physiotherapists.
