Panjab University offers two-year MBA programmes across multiple specialisations via the CAT and The MBA specialisations offered are as follows:

Punjab University's BTech admission is entrance based. Exams like JEE Main is accepted for admission to the BTech course. Therefore, Candidates need to a watch out for JEE Main related dates. As per JEE Main website, the schedule,  NTA JEE Main 2026 exam date session 1 is January 21 to January 30 while the session 2 exam will be held from April 2 to 9. For Panjab University admission 2025, the university conducts multiple entrance exams such as PUMET, PUCET, PGLAW, PUMEET, PU UGLAW, PU MPhil and PhD Entrance Test, among others, for admission to its UG, PG and doctoral-level courses. Punjab University BA application forms are out on the University's official website for the academic year 2024 and candidates seeking admission to the programme must fill out the detailed application form and must provide personal, guardian and, educational details, upload all the necessary documents and, pay the application fees. The application form can also be filled in the offline mode.

Punjab University offers a four-year BE programme across eight specialisations along with an Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA programme. Admission to both programmes is based on JEE Main. To add, the university also conducts and considers the scores of  PU LEET and PU MEET scores for lateral entry admissions. The minimum eligibility for BE and Integrated courses is Class 12 with PCM subjects from a recognised board as per JAC Chandigarh eligibility criteria. Yes, University Business School accept PU-CET (PG) score for its Executive MBA course admission. Candidates have to take this entrance examination conducted by the Panjab University. The exam is conducted in offline mode. The duration of the entrance examination is 90 minutes.

For Admission to Punjab University's regular UG and PG courses including, MBA, BA, MA, BTech, etc., its mandate for candidates to appear for course wise entrance exam. However, the University does offers certain Diploma courses where you can enroll via merit based on 12th class. 

The admission dates have been announced by the Panjab University for the year 2026. The key dates for admission to the BPharm programme offered at Panjab University are mentioned below:

The total fee for MBA ranges between INR 42,700 and INR 6.20 lakh.
