PULEET is the short form of Panjab University Lateral Engineering Entrance Test. It is organised by the admission authority of Panjab University, Chandigarh, for admission to the second year of the four-year Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. The courses offered under the BE programme are Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Biotechnology, Electrical & Electronics and Mechanical Engineering.

The PULEET 2025 application form will be released online. Those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be able to submit the PULEET 2025 application form until the last date only. Candidates should fill the application form with correct details only otherwise it will be liable for rejection. They should not send the application form through any mode other than online. The application process encompasses various stages like registration, filling the application form, uploading photo & signature, fee payment, etc.

PULEET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. The admission authority will not entertain the application of non-eligible candidates. Check the eligibility criteria of PULEET 2025 below:

• Candidates should have passed Diploma in Engineering of minimum three years duration with 60% (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) after class 10 with Physics and Mathematics or 
• Candidates should have passed Diploma in Engineering (min. two years) with 60% (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) after Class 12 or
• Candidates who have passed DVoc from a Polytechnic college/institute with 60% (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) will be eligible for admission to the second year of BE program in the same stream only.
• Candidate must have passed their qualifying examination i.e. Diploma in Engineering not earlier than 2022.
• Candidates should have cleared the compartment in Diploma in Engineering before applying for the exam.
• Admission would be made on the basis of merit obtained in the Entrance Examination PULEET 2025 conducted by the Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Knowledge of complete syllabus plays an important role in drawing up a preparation strategy. Candidates should be well acquainted with PULEET 2025 syllabus in order to know what to study and what to not. PULEET exam pattern 2025 gives an understanding of the exam type, total questions, marking scheme, exam duration, etc. The exam will be conducted for 1 hour 40 minutes, wherein total 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked.
