Yes, Punjab University does offer Scholarships for ST/SC category. The scholarship are offered keeping the following criteria in consideration:

• Those Students belonging to OBCs so specified in relation to the state/Union Terrritory to which the applicant actually belongs, i.e. is permanently settled, who have passed the Matriculation

PU-CET (PG) is an entrance exam conducted by Panjab University Chandigarh for admission to its various post-graduate courses.
