PU-CET (PG) application form last date was June 6, 2025. PU-CET (PG) 2025 application process started on April 23, 2025. The window for filling incomplete forms was also opened after the application window was closed. Candidates were able to pay the application fees online on the official website of Punjab University. PU-CET (PG) 2025 will be held in offline mode across four cities in Punjab. Candidates who wish to appear for PU-CET (PG) 2025 exam have to visit the website of Panjab University and fill the PU-CET 2025 application form. Candidates who do not complete their form but pay the requisite fee will be given the option to complete their form by paying a late fee of INR 500/- by a pre-announced date by the exam authorities. Read below to know more about the PU CET (PG) application process 2025. 

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for PU CET (PG) exam?

The eligibility criteria for the PU-CET (PG) exam is different for different courses. The following is the minimum eligibility criteria for PU-CET (PG) exam:

  • Candidates must have completed a bachelor degree in the relevant field or a related discipline from a recognised university or institution. 
  • They must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation, or
  • Students must have passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or England or Institute of Cost Accountants of India or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of England or Institute of Company Secretaries of India, or
  • Student holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare or Diploma in Marketing Management with not less than 60% aggregate
  • Executive experience of two years or above in a full-time job in a commercial or industrial establishment after having passed the qualifying examination
Q:   When will the PUCET (PG) registrations begin?
A: 

PU CET (PG) registration 2025 will likely begin in the second week of April 2025. The PU CET PG application form will be released on the official website of Punjab University. Students will be able to fill the PU CET (PG) application form online only and they will be required to pay the application fee in order to complete the PUCET (PG) application process. The application window will be open for approximately a month. Students need to submit the application form before the deadline.

PU-CET (PG) Registration: Documents Required

Following list of documents is needed for filling the PU CET (PG) application form 2025:

  • Valid contact number and email id
  • Scanned copy of passport size photo and signature (51 mm X 51 mm and less than 50 kb in JPG format)
  • Class 10, Class 12 and graduation certificate
  • Details of application fees submitted through SBI challan
  • Caste certificate 
  • Income certificate

PU-CET (PG) 2024: How to Apply Online?

Candidates should follow the process mentioned below to register for the exam:

  • Open website of Panjab University
  • Click on the Register
  • Register with details such as name, phone number, email id and date of birth
  • Create a login ID and password
  • Pay the application fee via credit card/debit card/internet banking
  • Upload a scanned copy of the photograph and signature
  • Check all the information filled and select save and confirm

Note: Candidates opting for offline payment need to register online, generate bank challan and submit the application fees in any SBI branch within 48 hours. After fee submission, they can use the bank challan number to fill the rest of the details.

PU CET (PG) examination is typically accepted to be an easy to moderately challenging level of exam, and has a commonly practiced format consisting mainly of objective type question which are MCQs. Duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes. When preparing for exam candidates are advised to complete full syllabus for their subject as well as to have correct study material.

  • Candidates will have to pay an additional fee of INR 710 for each additional course.
  • Candidates must note that the application fee will be non-refundable.
  • There is a provision for a 50 per cent concession in application fees for B and C class employees (regular) of Panjab University
  • Incomplete application forms will be rejected.
  • Keep a photocopy fee receipt for contingency.
