PU-CET (UG) BPharma Application Form 2025, Registration: Know How to Apply

Students can follow these tips to fill out the PU CET (UG) application form 2026. Register

• Applicants have to visit the official website.
• The student has to first register to apply for PU CET (UG) 2026. They had to create a login ID and password using ‘Online Registration'. The student will have to enter details such as their respective names, email ID and mobile number.
• The student has to note down the login ID and password details and then log in using the registered credentials and proceed to fill in the application form.

Fill Application Form

Students need to click on ‘Online Application form’. From there on, they had to fill in the details in the application form, which are as mentioned below:

• Name
• Contact details (address, mobile number and email ID)
• Valid identity proof
• Father's name
• Documents to be uploaded - Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheet, passport-size photograph and signature

Students need to meet the PU CET (UG) 2026 eligibility criteria for the courses they opt for. The Criteria are different for each course.

Note: Aspirants must make sure that they check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials. 

After filling in all the required details, the candidate has to then proceed to pay the PU CET (UG) application fee.

For additional papers for Biology or Mathematics, candidates have to pay INR 570 extra. 

• The candidate can pay the application fee via online or offline.
• For Online: The candidate can pay the application fee via net banking/credit card/ debit card.

Before you pay the PU CET (UG) 2026 registration fee, one must first upload the required documents on the official portal. The exam authority does not ask for graduation certificates or category certificates.
But Students must upload the following documents:

• Class 10 marksheet and certificate
• Passport‑size photo
• Your signature
• Some students may also need extra documents, such as:
• Sports certificate (if applying under sports reservation)
• Sports equipment details (if required)
