UP CPET 2026 Registration: Direct Link, Fees, How to fill Application Form @natboard.edu.in

There will be no UP CPET entrance so the authority will not release UP CPET application form. Candidates willing to get admission to Allied and Healthcare courses in UP had to fill and submit the application form from May 2 to June 14, 2026.

• Complete UP CPET registration by providing name, father's name, date of birth, gender, email id, mobile number, and category.
• Candidates can the form in four stages: personal information, address, educational qualification & centre city preferences, and upload documents.
• Upload a photograph, signature, and verification sheet.
• Pay UP CPET application fees.

UP CPET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The authority will release the CPET eligibility criteria 2026 online. The eligibility criteria are the minimum conditions to appear for the entrance test. UP CPET eligibility criteria comprise education qualification, age, and domicile. 

• One must be a minimum of 17 years of age for admission or before December 31 of the year.  
• Applicants have passed 12th standard exam with  Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects. 

While filling the UP CPET application form candidates have to upload photograph, signature and verification sheet. The photograph and signature must be in the prescribed size and format. Check the table for CPET document specification. 

The UP CPET application fee varies based on the candidate’s category and must be paid online to complete the registration process. The UP CPET fee structure is given below

General/OBC Candidates: INR 3,000

SC/ST/PwD Candidates: INR 2,000
