For hostel, accommodation will have to submit a separate crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 21, 000/ (and remaining hostel fee, you have to pay after seat confirmation.)
So, total amount per annum is minimum INR 2.5 Lacs and maximum depending on which mess you choose and which room.

The entire cost of the four-year B.Tech degree is about Rs. 5 lakh.
This covers the costs of tuition, room and board, deposits, mess fees, and other expenses for eight semesters.
The whole cost of tuition fees for four years comes to about Rs 3.5 lakhs.
The tuition for the first year is approximately Rs 75,000 every semester. Every year, it rises by 10% to 15%.
The annual cost of the mess and hostel is approximately Rs 50,000. Extra deposits are not included.
All B.Tech specializations, including computer science, electronics, mechanical, civil, etc., have the same fee schedule.
Merit-based scholarships are offered, which might lower the costs by a specific proportion.
Fees are payable on a semester basis. Installments are also accepted.

SIMATS does not offer a direct admission to B.Tech. An entrance exam is required.
The admission process for B.Tech is as follows:

• The JEE Mains and TNCE exams are used to provide admission at SIMATS
• Candidates who have been shortlisted based on their enterance exam scores are required to attend counselling sessions where they can select the B.Tech specialisation they want.
• The final merit list is prepared using factors other than JEE, such as 12th standard marks.

Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) has established intake capacities for each of its engineering branches, which determines how many students can enroll in the B.Tech program.

A total of 1260- 1300 seats are available for B.Tech programs at SIMATS. 

SIMATS Chennai admission process is based on both entrance test and merit list set by the university. To apply for UG courses, candidates must have atleast passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with 50% aggregate. For admission to UG courses, candidates must appear NEET-UG exam conducted by NTA. 

Admission to MBBS, BTech, MBA, M.Tech courses is done on the basis of NEET-UG, TNEA, TANCET, GATE exams respectively.

About 150 organizations, including major recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, L&T Infotech, HPCL, PayPal, and others, took part in the 2023 B.Tech placements. 
Regarding MBBS placements: In 2023, almost 60 prestigious medical facilities and corporations hired recent MBBS graduates. Among the top employers were Vasan Healthcare, Apollo Hospitals, Kauvery Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals, and more.
For BDS placements: In 2023, Saveetha's BDS graduates were hired by over 40 dental clinics, chains, and hospitals. Apollo White Dental, Clove Dental, Axiss Dental, Sabka Dentist, Tooth Hub Dental Care, etc. were among the principal recruiters.
For Paramedical and Nursing: More than 25 large hospitals employed applicants with backgrounds in physiotherapy, nursing.
