Review of Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research.

Placements: A good education was provided here. Hands-on training, workshop, and conferences were conducted. Practical sessions were good and increased learning opportunities. There were 100% good placements. We had a placement cell for placements. The campus life was very happy. You can have a peaceful stay. There were a variety of courses offered. They were allied health sciences, Biomedical sciences, regulatory and applied toxicology, MBBS BDS cardio perfusion tech, etc.

Infrastructure: Girls' and boys' hostels were available in our college. Wi-Fi with study rooms and cold and hot water were provided. Night canteen was also available. Culturals and sports activities for them occur every year. Many programs tied up with other organisations happened on our campus. Blood donation camp, red cross, etc. We had a serene park inside our campus where you can enjoy watching birds, fishes, and the garden.

Faculty: Indians leading cytogenetic staff members and high citation holders are staff members in our college. Exams were easy if you study. The pass percentage was 35%. Although the staff members were good and make us study easily. Hands on training and orientation programs happen every year. Variors conferences were conducted and students were encouraged to participate in those conferences in addition to the conferences, workshops were also conducted. Students got hands-on training in the workshop conducted by Ramachandra University and also buy other universities which are in tie up all over the world.

Placements: 40 to 50 percent of students opt for placement. The top recruiter is MedGenome. Last year, 50 percent of students accepted an internship offer from MedGenome. Information related to the package offered wasn't disclosed by anyone. A certain bioinformatics company also recruits students from Ramachandra.

Infrastructure: It is a wifi-enabled campus with well-air-conditioned hostels and classrooms. 10K plus library books, a full-time mess, canteen facilities, and 24x7 medical facilities are available. Separate grounds for football, basketball, and tennis are present. There's a well-equipped gym facility available. A throwball court and hockey stadium are also available. At the back of the college, rowing is taught on a man-made lake.

Faculty: Faculties are usually subject-matter experts. Most of the faculties have doctorates. They combine visual aids with their notes to help the students understand each and every concept better. Also, practical classes are conducted every day for three hours. The curriculum makes the students think outside the box. Semester exams are easy to score, provided one has prepared well.

Other: Our batch will pass out by 2024. The purpose of my choosing this course is to develop my knowledge of cancer genetics.
