Pretty good infrastructure and very beautiful campus. Campus life is very enjoyable.

Placements: Placements in the university have been growing in the past few years. From the school of engineering the placements are very good. Though there were no placements from my course or department. They should look into this matter. I hope in the upcoming days there will be placements from our course too.

Infrastructure: The labs are very good. The department has Wi-Fi facilities and study room facilities. The department does not have its own library. But the central library has all the needed books. Some hostels are pretty good and some are average. All of the hostels have canteens. Food in the mess is average. Some hostels have good sports and games facilities.

Faculty: Yes, most teachers are helpful and friendly. Some of the teachers are very good at teaching. But some teachers lack the teaching knowledge. All the teachers are hardworking. The curriculum is relevant in the field of research. The exams are pretty tough. The pass percentage is very good.

Placements: Our college provides more placements in technical branches compared to academic branches. Our college provides many internships, and students can participate as per their wish. More than 40 students got 2 years of internship program from our course. The department of mathematical sciences has more than 40 students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and the hostel is good. Our college provides us with good facilities except for the xerox and printing is not free. Our department is closest to a library, canteen, xerox shops, snacks, fruit shops, etc. Our department has a small tea canteen. Classrooms are good and spacious. Each student can sit alone at one desk. The hostel is near the essential mart. All the required junk foods are available in the essential mart. The hostel has a small tea canteen. The water facility is good. The food served in the mess is better than in PGs. Our college has a health center. A few medicines and advice are free from the health center.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced. They are always available for us if we have any doubts about topics. First, we discuss among ourselves then if required we proceed to their cabin for clarification of the required portion. Each semester is divided into 4-5 exams. Each of them is equally balanced which made us study almost every single day. The course is well-designed for any master's student. We can ask questions to teachers until we understand.

Other: Our college makes you feel frustrated in the first 5-6 months, but in the end, you will realise that the potential that made you survive was fully unaware to you. Our college organises functions and programs. Our college organises different cultural programs and ports. Our college prepares us for the upcoming life.

It is very good university in all aspects.

Placements: Only a few students got placed in our course. Other departments had good placements. Placements were very fewer in our course. Students had not got placed in our class. Some companies visited our college to recruit students, but they were not much good. The salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. Wi-Fi was available in every corner of the department. Some Wi-Fi problems used to occur in the hostel, but they were negligible because they used to get fixed. Classrooms were very huge. The library was very well-equipped with books and Wi-Fi.

Faculty: Faculty members were very intelligent, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was good. We had many exams. We had much pressure from exams, but we used to take them positively because they were helpful in our life.

Review of Tezpur University - TEZU.

Placements: I am from the School of Sciences, which won't be good compared to the School of Engineering. Campus placements are comparatively low in the School of Sciences. However, still, we are not facing difficulties as we get opportunities to do internships in prestigious universities across the country.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is above average, but the library facilities are extremely good. There is a free Wi-Fi facility on the entire university, but its usage is restricted to students and faculty members in the university. Other facilities like canteen, medical, etc., are very good and also available at less cost. The food in the canteen is served at less cost.

Faculty: The course curriculum is excellent here, and the professors are really helpful as well as intelligent. Professors have an interest in a good variety of research fields, which helps us a lot to select our research fields. Students will get high research opportunities as well as placements if they take admission at this beautiful university.

Other: It is a really bad thing that compared to other central universities, the fee of Tezpur University is really high. However, the course structure is relevant, so I can't regret much. The campus is really calm and quiet.

The life in Tezpur University.

Placements: Campus placements for mathematics students are not done here. Every year, at least 4-5 students qualify for CSIR NET, you can visit our department website tezu.ernet.in/dmaths to check our alumni list. Almost 30-40% of our department students get internships every year in reputed institutions.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good here. Everything is neat and clean. The hostel rooms are quite good, and the mess food is good enough. Wi-Fi service, lab service and classrooms are superb. The library has reading room facilities up to midnight, and you can get all the necessary books here. You can enjoy day & night sports facilities here. Ther are many more facilities and I didn't face any issues regarding facilities.

Faculty: The faculty members are good, most of them are good persons and treated us like their own children. The course curriculum is well planned and helpful, and one can easily qualify for any exams. If you want to know mathematics, then the syllabus will definitely help you.
