MTech at Utkal University is a regular two-year degree programme divided into four semesters. It Is offered full-time under the PG Department of statistics. Admission to the course is purely based on scores in the Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE). Interested candidates can apply online to become eligible for admission and the entrance examination.
The university offers a two-year specialisation in Information Technology. Candidates will be selected based on their marks in the university's entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the programme are a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Application, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or electronic Sciences and any other qualification considered equivalent OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technology and any other qualifications deemed equivalent (such as AMIE or DOEACC ‘B’ level).
