CLAT 2026 Question Paper Analysis

Candidates can check the CLAT question paper Analysis 2026 taken by Shiksha from test-takers at the exam centre below. This will help them to understand the overall difficulty and also what to expect

  • Rohit, one of the students said, exam was moderate, with Legal Reasoning and English as easiest and Maths as toughest. He expects a score between 70–80, and feels he has a fair chance due to his category.
  • Utkarsh found the exam slightly tough, mainly Logical Reasoning, and rated difficulty level 8 out of 10. He attempted around 110 questions, but isn’t sure about his score or cut-off expectations.
  • Suhana said the exam was moderate but lengthy, with the quant section being the most difficult. She said multiple tricky questions from patterns and logical relations, and expects cut-offs around 95 for top NLUs.
  • Faraz felt the paper was difficult than expected, with Legal reasoning easiest and Quant lengthy and more calculation-based. He is hopeful due to strong Current Affairs performance.

  2. Login and click on attempt sample paper
  3. You will now see instructions on your screen
  4. Read the instructions and click on Start Mock Test
  5. Attempt the question paper

Yes, candidates who have regsitered for the CLAT exam can access the sample papers through their login credentials. They can practice the questions for all the sections. This exercise will help to evaluate the areas that are strong and weak and needs more attention. 

Q:   How many questions are there in CLAT Exam?
A:

In CLAT Exam there will be 120 questions. The exam paper will be in MCQ format. Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the paper. Since there is a negative marking candidates must attempt carefully.

Questions asked were length, required heavy calculation, also are time consuming asked on the basis of the CLAT syllabus released by the consortium earlier. some question also were out of general trend.
