CLAT previous year's question paper is one of the relevant preparation materials that one should practice to prepare for upcoming sessions of the law entrance exam. The Consortium of NLUs conducted the CLAT Exam in pen-and-paper mode. CLAT Exam Date is December 7, 2025. A few tricky questions but lengthy section. There were short passages, and contextual. 

Legal Reasoning

Easy to Moderate, due to a few tricky questions

A few tricky questions but lengthy section. Some questions were based on Special Marriage Act, 2-3 passages based on Indian Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Bigamy, Monism and Dualism from International Law etc. 

Quantitative Techniques 

Moderate, due to a few tricky questions

All the questions were based on the syllabus, and easy to attempt. Some questions were based on data interpretation and sufficiency. However, there were no graph based questions.

CLAT 2023 Question Paper Analysis for UG Courses

The CLAT 2023 question paper pattern was similar to that of last year. There were total 150 objective-type questions based on 30 passages. The passages and questions were based on five subjects – English, Current Affairs including GK, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Techniques. The CLAT question paper 2021 difficulty level was easy to moderate. However, it was a lengthy paper and many candidates could not complete it on time.
