Good campus and supportive environment and energy
Placements: I'm currently in my 4th year at VSL, placements are decent, with around 60-70% of people getting placed. Packages are around 5-10 LPA. Most students get internships in law firms, companies, courts and legal organisations. Common roles also include legal associates, assistants and researchers.
Infrastructure: Facilities here are well and good. There are options for AC and non AC rooms. There number of beds in each room that can be shared. They also provide good security and all the basic amenities. It's comfortable and convenient to stay as a student at VIT.
Faculty: Faculty are well qualified and are from NLUs. They are supportive and approachable. Most of them encourage students and explain the concepts clearly. They help us to participate in discussions, moot courts and other legal activities. The experience is good and also convenient to reach out.
Other: I have an interest in law and a good academic environment. The best part is the experience of legal activities.

Review of VIT, Andhra Pradesh.
Placements: Good placements are there but considering the fees, it's slightly overrated. The average package is 6 LPA and if you are a hardworking guy, you can get above 10 LPA. 96 LPA is the highest package and that was recruited by LinkedIn. More than half of the college is CSE students.
Infrastructure: There is a 200-acre campus but most of it is under construction. Wi-Fi is decent compared to other colleges, more freedom with the opposite gender than other VIT campuses. Mess food is average, if you are vegetarian the paneer provided is so little in quantity, with such bad taste.
Faculty: We can select our teachers. Semester exams are not that difficult. Maintaining an 8 CGPA throughout is not hard. At least 40 percent in the final exam is required and there are 2 midterm exams (CAT 1 and CAT 2). Quizzes and assignments are there, which also contribute to your grade.

VIT AP (CSE Core) College review.
Placements: As a 5th-semester (3rd-year) student, according to me, if you are really good at programming, you have great opportunities here. For summer internships, I get many opportunities from big, product-based companies. If we get selected, it could become a permanent position. Even in the final year, students get many opportunities from Dream (3 LPA) and Super Dream (6 LPA) companies. All you need to do is be prepared. Our CDC helps us a lot.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities like ironing and separate messes for veg, non-veg, and special food are good at our college. The biryani on Sunday is also good, while other facilities are just like those in other colleges. The college infrastructure is as shown in other reviews and is good, although construction is still going on. There are many issues with Wi-Fi in the college and hostels too. We cannot connect more than one device, and once connected to one Wi-Fi network, we need to wait a long time to connect to another. However, the college lab computers have a great network. The quality of food is good, but I can't say it is great.
Faculty: I can't say faculty members are great, but they are also not too bad. Most faculty members don't provide much assistance until we ask for help. Courses like DAA, DSA, OS, and CNN from our syllabus are helpful for placements, but we still need to learn more on our own. Semester exams are based on the syllabus, and if we prepare from the PDFs, we can write them properly. The passing requirement for every theory subject in the final exam is 40%. We also need to clear the minimum cutoff according to the marks of all other students.

Solid placements, decent campus life, and good tech exposure.
Placements: Around 75-80 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest is 3.5 LPA. Most people get in the 5 LPA to 6 LPA range. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, & Accenture are hiring regularly. 60 percent of students snagged internships. They are mostly with tech startups or mid-size firms for roles like software dev or data analyst. The placement cell does a solid job bringing in companies. But honestly, landing a good role comes down to how much work you put in yourself.
Infrastructure: The course setup on campus is genuinely good. You get decent Wi-Fi everywhere. Labs are stocked with software that actually works, and there are smart classrooms. There is a library with pretty much everything you need. As for hostels, the rooms are fairly spacious and cleaned regularly. Mess food is typical. It's edible. It gets you through the day, though you'll definitely find yourself at the canteen whenever you want something that tastes better. There's a basic clinic on site for health stuff. The sports grounds are always active.
Faculty: Professors here really know their stuff and are super approachable if you actually go up and talk to them. The course keeps up with what's actually used in tech today, and being able to pick your own timetable and classes makes daily life way smoother. Exams follow a steady cycle of quizzes, midterms, and finals with relatively fair grading. Passing isn't a headache if you keep up week to week, but grabbing a high CGPA definitely takes real effort.
Other: I picked this branch for the strong tech focus and hands-on projects which have been totally worth it. If I could change one thing I wish we had fewer relentless tests so we had time to build our own side projects. Campus life stays pretty lively though. The fests are fun. The crowd is diverse. There are tons of clubs to join. Getting into town takes a bit of planning. Campus vibe and peer group make it a great place to be.

Good placements and good preparation for semester exams.
Placements: The placements here at VIT Andhra Pradesh completely depend on CGPA, projects, and experience. Only 9-pointers get better placements. Candidates are filtered based on CGPA for the first round. The average package is around 14 LPA, and the highest is 27 LPA. LinkedIn, TCS, and many other companies visit.
Infrastructure: The library on the campus is one of the biggest advantages. AC is also available for our comfort while studying. There is no AC in the classrooms. Wi-Fi does not work at some places in the college, but labs are well designed. We gain exposure to the industry.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, and the teaching curriculum is also good. The course itself doesn't make students industry-ready. You need to put in your own effort for placements. Semester exams are okay to moderate and sometimes depend on the slots. The pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose this college because of the curriculum. The local colleges like MIC and Lakkireddy are not decent. However, placements and curriculum at VIT Andhra Pradesh stand out as the best.

VIT-AP: Free hands, good CGPA, great experience, good placements, good infrastructure, and FFCS.
Placements: A higher CGPA is needed for more placements. Candidates with a CGPA above 9 have a high chance of being placed in good companies with a good package. 8.5 and above is just on the safe side, and below 8.5 it's where the risk starts. Around 50-60 percent of students are being placed. In that. Above 50 percent placements are conducted in mass hiring.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. There is no big library as expected but, it's enough to manage. It is difficult to manage during exam times. Mess food is average, and it changes from one mess to another. Faculty members are available in their free time. For any doubts, you can consult your mentor, who they allocate to you at the beginning.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. As usual, 20-30 percent of them don't seem good. Due to strict rules, exams are becoming tougher day by day. The curriculum is the factor I love in this college. You can complete all your subjects (credits) before 4th year. They follow FFCS. Regarding exams and grading, the whole thing depends on the faculty. If the faculty is strict, then the possibility of failing is higher. Since it's relatively easy grading. If you are a good student, then choose good faculty for good grades. It's in our hands to choose faculty and timings of our college. Exams also depend on luck and the creator of the paper.
Other: I chose CSE because of high chances of placements and my personal interest. Events and fests are average. Before semester exams come, 2-3 months before, there will be many events later on, it decreases. Vitopia is the biggest cultural fest, which we can enjoy a lot. Campus crowd is very high. It's like nearly 6,000 for a single batch, only B.Tech. Sports and games are conducted daily.
