VIT-AP fees for the two-year M.Tech course range from INR 3.8 Lacs to INR 4.9 lakh. The course fee can be paid in two installments. Further, candidates must also pay an amount of INR 3,000 as a caution deposit fee, which is refundable. Candidates willing to apply for the hostel seat at the university must pay an amount of INR 2.47 lakh. • FIll in the application form.
• Pay the application fee via any specified mode of transaction and upload the necessary documents, including photographs, signatures, etc.

VIT-AP University admissions are open for 2026 session. Candidates can fill out the form for the preferred course. The university offers admission to aspirants based on their entrance exam or qualifying exam scores. 

Candidates who has a valid score in the last qualifying exam are eligible for the BA course at VIT AP. The eligibility and selection criteria for VIT Andhra Pradesh BA admission in 2024 are provided below:

Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 with a minimum 60% aggregate (50% for Jammu and Kashmir/North Eastern States of India/SC/ST Community)

Selection Criteria: Merit + Counselling

Candidates with the below mentioned qualification are eligible for the BCom course at VIT Andhra Pradesh Amaravati:

• Class 12 board examination from a recognised board of education, such as CBSE, ICSE, State Education Boards or equivalent boards. 
• Candidates must have studies Mathematics subjects along with Economic and Commerce (MEC) or Business Studies in the qualifying exam with at least 55% aggregate. 

Candidates are selected for BCom at VIT Andhra Pradesh based on their merit in the last qualifying exam.  After completion of the selection rounds, the institute releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat at the institute.

VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is mandatory for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in Vellore Institute of Technology-AP (VIT-AP). Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main, or SAT scores will not be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree Programme. However, for some other courses, there is no entrance examination, and candidates are selected based on their academic performance.

VIT-AP University does offer admission based on merit to a few courses. The university considers qualifying exam scores for admission to BBA, BCom, Dual degree courses. Aspirants applying for these programmes need to pass a personal interview round for selection.

The placement package details have not been disclosed on the official website. Some details are available on Shiksha students review page. As per that, the highest salary offered to the students in recent placements was INR 63 LPA. The average salary offered was INR 7.3 LPA.

The average package offered during VIT AP placements 2026 is yet to be released. However, the students secured various dream offers of INR 6 LPA, Super Dream offers of INR 10 LPA and Marquee offers of INR 20 LPA and above in the academic year 2025-26.

The total fee for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme at VIT Vellore is INR 1.67 lakh. The programme is three years long. 

Admission to the BBA programme is based on merit and counseling. Applicants must have passed their Class 12 exams or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 60%. 

VITEEE rank holders in the top 50 receive a 75% tuition fee waiver for all four years. Rank holders 51–100 receive a 50% waiver, and rank holders 101–1000 receive a 25% waiver. 

The Vellore Institute of Technology (AP)'s flagship programme is BTech. VIT Amaravati provides full-time BTech programmes in three specialisations: computer science, electronics and communication, and mechanical. Furthermore, the university provides five sub-specialisations under BTech (CSE) and three under BTech (ECE). BTech courses last four years. Students who complete the BTech degree at VIT Andhra Pradesh University will be able to tackle real-world challenges using modern engineering and digital techniques. BTech also provides a platform for practical and application-oriented learning, which leads to career and business opportunities. BTech admission is determined by a genuine VITEEE rank (calculated using a system-generated algorithm based on Class 12 marks).
