Who is eligible for the CBSE Class 10th Phase 2 2026 Exam?

The eligibility criteria for appearing in the CBSE 10th Class 2026 exam are given below.

  • It is mandatory to appear in the first board exam
  • Students can improve their performance in three subjects: Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and languages
  • If a student did not appear in three or more subjects in the first examination, then they are not eligible to appear in the CBSE 2nd examination.
  • For students whose CBSE Class 10 result in the first examination is Compartment are also eligible
  • Students placed in the CBSE Class 10 compartment category in the 2025 examinations can appear for Phase 2
  • First/Third Chance Compartment
  • Improvement for the students who passed the replacement of the subject is also eligible
