Amrita conducts Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) for admission to Btech courses after the result of both exam phases are announced. CSAP is an online counselling window for admission to the BTech programs offered at Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Nagercoil, and Haridwar campuses. Qualified candidates can register for the CSAP by paying the registration fee. A minimum of 2 rounds of seat allotment is conducted so that the candidates can exercise the sliding option.

The AEEE counselling dates are released after the results of the phase 2 exam, and the counselling portal also opens separately. All the candidates are informed by SMS once the portal goes live. Both JEE Main candidates and the AEEE 2026 candidates must register for CSAP.

To participate in the admission process for AEEE counselling 2026, candidates must complete the online registration process before the deadline. The registration fee is set at INR 5000 for all candidates, including those who have both AEEE 2026 Rank and JEE Mains 2026 scores.

During the document verification process, candidates must provide the following documents:

• Counselling Call Letter
• Class 12 Hall Ticket
• Mark Sheet of Class 10th and 12th
• AEEE 2026 Hall Ticket (duly signed by the Invigilator)
• Transfer Certificate (if applicable) and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended. If the TC is not available, a letter from the Principal stating the name of the Higher Secondary School and the State where the candidate last studied, properly mentioned, should be submitted. If the community certificate is not in English, the candidate must submit an English version duly certified by a Notary Public.
• Community Certificate (by SC / ST / BC / MBC / OBC candidates)
• Demand Draft of INR 10,000 drawn in favour of “AMRITA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING” and payable at Coimbatore, as a counselling fee.
• Demand Draft of INR 50,000 drawn in favour of “AMRITA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING” payable at Coimbatore, as an advance tuition fee (partial) payment before seat allotment.
