This college has provided good placements in 2020.
Placements: About 80% of students get placed, and last year, around 85% of my branch was placed. In my course electrical and electronics engineering the lowest salary was 3 LPA, the average was 6 LPA and the highest was 13 LPA. Top recruiters include Havells, Dassault Systems, and various startups. Internships are compulsory for everyone, with major companies including BESCOM, JESCO, and startups offering opportunities for roles such as junior engineer in power systems.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are very good, featuring a decent mess and exclusive events and fests for hostel residents. There are separate grounds for sports, and while Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, accessing it can be difficult due to numerous restrictions, which makes it less than satisfactory. Classrooms are generally great. Although they are somewhat old, they serve their purpose well. The library is also quite good, containing nearly all the books you will ever need, but it can feel crowded given the number of users.
Faculty: Our faculty members are quite qualified and generally provide good teaching. The quality of instruction isn't the best, it is still very good. They are quite helpful. The curriculum is outdated, changing only slightly each year and not keeping pace with industry needs. From the second year onwards, the exams become quite challenging, and the subjects can be hard to pass or achieve a good GPA in.
Other: I initially wanted to pursue Electronics and Communication (EC), but since EEE was the closest to my rank, I had to choose it. The advantage of EEE is that it is a core branch, which helps in grasping the fundamentals. However, EEE is somewhat outdated in the industry and needs to be integrated with EC to realize its full potential. The area may be small for the number of students, but the quality of the crowd is generally good, with most people being hostelers or staying in PG accommodations, and fewer day scholars. The events and fests are fantastic, offering a variety of extracurricular activities.

The best of the top colleges in Karnataka. Good placements and friendly lecturers.
Placements: Since I am in my first year. I joined this college after being informed about the placements in our department by our brother, who also studied at this college. Around 70% of students are placed on campus, and some are placed off campus as well. Some students went on to higher studies, and around 2-3% of students know about them. I got to know about the lecturers from one of the mechanical department lecturers; he told me that the electrical department lecturers are the best lecturers in this college and we have to get in contact with them for further placements and internships.
Infrastructure: The best and most peaceful libraries and reference sections have well-furnished tables and computers. Free Wi-Fi facilities are available. There are three canteens on campus where you can eat wherever you want. The food is very tasty, hygienic, and at the best price.
Faculty: So about lecturers, they are very friendly and knowledgeable; they help you through the placements as well, and for internships, they also help you a lot. One thing you have to do is be friendly with them and respectful. You will get fully trained in this 4-year period, and you will be made ready to shine in the industrial world.
Other: Utsav is one of the biggest fest in Bangalore. I bet you will have such a vibe you've never had before. Since EV vehicles are rising like rockets in India, I wanted to get placed in core companies, so I joined this college.

A good and okay college. If you don't have other colleges to go then this is way better.
Placements: As I am in first year and new in this college, so I may not know fully about it but around 70%-80% of students got placed from our branch. I guess, the highest package is around 40 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. The average package is around 20 LPA. Mostly they get internships outside campus so I don't know in detail.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good but the campus size is very small, it is smaller than the school, I am studying in so this is a down point. Wi-Fi labs are top-notch with the latest equipment, so can't complain there. Hostel rooms are average and food is only good on particular days rest it is bad.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful for other subjects but for my specific branch faculty members are so bad. They just don't explain anything clearly and cut marks in the exam for nothing wrong. Course curriculum is not relevant and it does not make students industry-ready.
Other: I was getting seats from the government and fees were very low as compared to donation stuff so I chose this college. The branch is very good because it has many opportunities in lots of fields. I wish they enlarge the campus and give along holidays so we can visit home. Events and all are good only.

Best college for a student who is eager to explore opportunities.
Placements: An average of 7-11 LPA is what I have come across as the average package offered in this course. But it's always a students responsibility to Ace his skill and get the core job he needs. Getting a core job related to the course completely depends on the students, profile buliding his project and the hone in his technical skills.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are very supportive and motivating. Poor network of wifi is there. EEE department is one of the oldest departments in the whole class, so we feel that the labs, classes and equipment are old. There are 2 canteens in different places in the campus with pocket friendly price.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average. Mini, major and subject related project based learning is encouraged. 3 internals per semester are conducted. Quizzes and assignments are graded along with subjects which have labs. Exams are medium in difficulty.

It has excellent infrastructure, an industry-relevant curriculum, and strong placements.
Placements: Around 86% of BMSCE CSE students get placed. The highest package is 48 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course included Amazon, Microsoft, and Oracle. About 70-90% secured internships at top firms. Common roles offered are software engineer, data scientist, and business analyst.
Infrastructure: BMSCE offers excellent infrastructure with Wi-Fi, advanced labs, spacious classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Hostels have good facilities, including a gym, RO water, and 24x7 Wi-Fi. The mess serves hygienic food, and sports facilities support an active lifestyle.
Faculty: Faculty members at BMSCE are highly qualified and supportive, ensuring quality education. The course curriculum is industry-relevant, preparing students for real-world challenges. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a high pass percentage of around 80-90%.

Faculties in all departments of BMSCE are knowledgeable with a great experience. They not only teach you but also motivate you to work in projects. Most of the faculties are Phdians.
