Satisfied in every aspect because of placements and college environment.

Placements: My course was B.Tech in chemical engineering. I got placement in Cognizant. 60-70% students from my college got placement in different companies. Top recruiting companies are cognizant, Wipro, Tcs, Infosys, Capgemini, oracle, Accenture, etc.

Infrastructure: Hostel is inside the college. 2 new hostels are being made and they are of good quality. Rooms are in good condition and only two people can get 1 room. All the types of experiments are done in the labs. Library is world class as it has all the resources available.

Faculty: Teachers are good and they help us in every case. They teach all the concepts in a very good way and solve all our doubts after the class. They guide for the placements and exams. The course curriculum definitely makes us industry ready as they teach many different things.

Other: I am glad that I chose chemical engineering. I choose it because of my love for chemical and equation. The placement for core company is not so good so you have to take IT job.

C.V. Raman College of Engineering is an average college.

Placements: Some decent companies like Vedanta, Infosys, Capgemini, Macleods Pharmaceuticals, Richard Thermals, etc., visit our campus for placements. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty good with an open playground for extracurricular activities. There is a world-class lab set up on the campus like the Festo lab and AutoCAD lab with foreign collaboration. Classrooms are equipped with a projector and smart class facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are decent. Some teachers are good. They have in-depth knowledge of their subject of expertise. They have many years of teaching experience. Our college also gives a chance to new applicants to teach with proper qualifications.

There are good infrastructure and facilities in the college. There are also helpful faculty.

Placements: As of present technology, students are more interested in the IT sector. As a result, this year, placements are quite good. Mass recruiters like Cognizant, Infosys and Wipro hired 100 students from the college. The college training and placement cell give updates regarding companies.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good and enjoyable. The hostel infrastructure and facilities are also good. The food provided in the hostel is awful, which might not like the students.

Faculty: The designed syllabus is quite sufficient. Faculty here are qualified, knowledgeable and also helpful. Teaching quality of teachers here is good. There are industrial visits arranged by the college for exposure to the industries.

Other: There are lots of extracurricular activities organised on the campus, like sports, arts, creatives, etc. There are good technical and cultural events organised by the college, which students like it.

The college and it's facilities are good.

Placements: In our chemical batch, placements are almost 85%. My seniors were placed in good companies. Every year companies visit the college for the placements and offer good salary packages, and it is dependent on the student's performance. I am trying hard to get placed in any core company which visits the college this year for placements like Voltas, other companies with higher salary packages around 11 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, and the dispensary is also available for students and faculty members. The library is available every day from morning until 8 pm. Earlier the food available was not so good, but nowadays a lot of improvement has been made. The college has a basketball court, and hostel rooms are also nice. The students face few difficulties, but they overcome it.

Faculty: The college is affiliated to BPUT, and it is autonomous. The course curriculum is well organised and carried out. Most of the faculty members are from IITs and NITs, and they have good knowledge and are capable of making students understand. We also had an industry tour in our 5th semester.

Other: Various scholarships are also provided to the students. Every year Celegance is organised. Other branch events like Cheminova are organised by the students where students from different colleges come.

More than average college in terms of technical education for the eastern region.

Placements: Of all the branches I have noticed the placement percentage of chemical have been 90-95%. In our batch too it is 92%. Both in Core and Software. But it will be good if you know crack through Software placements than it become easy for you because you know tenaion is released and you can manage for the upcoming core exams.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure well sounded in terms of Technical colleges in Bhubaneswar. The Campus is wide and you know different buildings for different branches. While leaving many building were under construction too. So a Thumbs Up for the Infrastructure. Our Chairman too take keen interest in developing the college to the next level. I think CVRCE is among top 5 colleges in Odisha both in term of AICTE and Area wise.

Faculty: Faculty members best. I mean I don't want to say that they are faculty members specially for chemical branch. You know small in size so your interaction with the faculty is at top level. You know you can share everything with the. I'm sure they will guide you in a perfect way. And as far as course is concerned our principal is also a Chemical Engineer and has helped us in developing a perfect curriculum for the students as per market demands.

Other: Events Regularly one or the other seminar, debate or you know best companies are called in campus for the lecture about industries. Infact Induatrual training is provided within the campus for Example like Bosch, Siemens excellence training centres are there to give updated technology knowledge to students.

Best private engineering college in terms of good placement, opportunities and sports events.

Placements: Chemical engineers have a good scope in future. Last year, 28 students got placed out of 45. Around 60 to 65% students got the placements. The highest salary offered is by the Voltas company, and it is around Rs. 9.5 Lakhs. On an average basis, the salary offered is around Rs. 5 Lakhs. Many software companies also visit our campus. Our college has a placement cell office which keeps the record of all the placed student.

Infrastructure: Our college has the best Wi-Fi facilities. We have labs such as google lab, Oracle lab, TRTC lab, MO lab, MT lab and also for the first year students our college organises a workshop. Around 60,000 books are available in the library. Here per student is issued with 4 books at a time. For the medicinal purpose, we have dispensary services. We also have a basketball court, badminton court, cricket ground. I didn't face any such problem related to the infrastructure of the comoany.

Faculty: Teachers are very much helpful and supportive. They work very hard for us. They have come from different IITs and NITs. Every faculty has got the highest degree. We also have a screen analysis system. Sometimes, the faculty members take the help of the slides to show us the graphical or practical analysis.

Other: Vidyantreek tech fest has been successfully conducted this year. In the coming March, we have a Celegance. Here, scholarship facilities are also available.

I request to please focus on the sports which is important for the students overall development.

Placements: Many of our senior students who were eligible were placed in the big companies. The highest package offered was 5.0 lakh per annum and the average package offered was around 3.0 lakhs per annum. Many companies visited our college like voltas, vedanta, JK papers and Reliance. There were various students offered internships in the famous steel plants. Some were paid internships, and some were not.

Infrastructure: My college has an excellent infrastructure, although it's too long. The facilities are quite cool including the hostel rooms, labs, library but lack of sports completely. There is no playground in our college which is the biggest issue on which the college should focus. The quality of the mess food is bad.

Faculty: Some of our faculty members are good while some follow the notes, without which they are not able to teach anything in the class. The faculty members are supportive and caring. I mean they care about you, and the most importantly they try to know what the students want.

Overall, an average college. But one should think twice before taken admission

Placements: Placement opportunities are there but no core companies were there for our final placement for my batch. It was the same also for our senior batch. For core and reputed companies, we had to sit in pool campus drives where there was a negligible chance of selection. Mostly, software companies came for the recruitment. Mass recruiters were Cognizant, Wipro and Infosys. The average salary package they offered was 3.3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good with a green environment since the college is situated in the capital city of Odisha. We have been provided with Wi-Fi and computer labs. No such facility for indoor games is there, however, there is sufficient space for outdoor games. Openings were given by the college in the range of recreations and other social exercises. A great lab and classroom infrastructure. The library is enormous, however, books are not accessible in the most recent release.

Faculty: Resources are great as far as information. The least capability is M.Tech and very inviting with the understudies. The course educational modules are great, however, not refreshed by the current patterns and innovation. Regular showing techniques are utilized and not at all that innovation-based. Less industry exposure as no open door for modern visits and learning.

Other: It has a good hostel facility. In the girls' hostel, we have a gym facility where we have all the modern gym equipment. A canteen facility is also available in the college. In the hostel, each person has a single bed, cupboard and a Wi-Fi connection and it has a good security network.
