Really a good college. You should join good placement and campus. Good placement in 2023.

Placements: College has good campus. Many companies come and also placement is good in core branches like EE, ME, and civil, like 90% but CSE is low about 60%. Average package for CSE is 3 LPA, and core branches is 5L PA. The highest last year was 19 LPA. Top companies are Bajaj and Jindal Groups. In my batch, 80% of students got internships at Tata. Top roles offered are JE or AE.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good in our department. It has fully centralized AC classroom with smartboards, laboratories, and all. Good library department has Wi-Fi facility in each classroom. Hostel and mess quality are also very good. It has nice sports infrastructure like cricket ground, football ground, basketball, volleyball, badminton, swimming pool, and many more.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching style is good. Course is very good, it makes students industry-ready. They provide good teaching and all. They provide notes and helpful materials. Exams are conducted from time to time. Pass percentage is 40% in final exams.

Overall, the college is good and provides better placement facilities.

Placements: Students in our classrooms have 90 students, and all the 1st-year students are 1200. Its placement is also good. Since I have been studying here, 80% of students are placed. Top companies like TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, Tech, etc., come to our college.

Infrastructure: Our campus has Wi-Fi and classrooms with smart boards. Fans and AC are provided by the college. Hostels also have full Wi-Fi, 24/7 electricity, and water facilities. CCTV monitoring, and there are guards, caretakers, and wardens to manage the hostel, and they clean rooms daily.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and motivate us as students. They support us in extracurricular activities and are very well-trained. They provide labs for more knowledge and training for placements, guide us in many activities, and teach us how to present ourselves in interviews.

Other: CV Raman Global University has lower fees but provides the best faculty. The college should provide fewer classes or online classes because the summers in Odisha are very humid and difficult for us.

I'm satisfied with this college.

Placements: Around 100% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest salary package is 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package is 4 LPE to 5 LPA. TCS, Cisco, Infosys, etc., are top recruiting companies. Around 100% of students get internships in our college. Top roles offered are electrical divisional engineer and engineer in electrical departments.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in our course are good with a home-like environment. The infrastructure of the hostel is like an apartment with attached bathrooms in our room. It is very clean. The quality of the food served is very good. The hostel provides basic medical facilities and many sports materials.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, well-qualified, friendly, and knowledgeable. They easily solve the doubts of the students. The course curriculum is relevant and it prepares students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are averagely difficult. The pass percentage is 99%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in electronics and circuits. Improvements are not needed in our course. Many events, fests, crowds, and connectivity are good. Campus surroundings are free from pollution and noise. Many students study with scholarships. Extracurricular activities are conducted every month.

Wi-Fi enabled campus and well equipped labs.

Placements: 40% of students were placed. The highest salary is 12Lpa and the lowest is 3.0Lpa. Company like Infosys & Wipro recruit the students. The college offers courses like Computer Science, Chemistry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering and Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering.

Infrastructure: Everything is well designed. We have Wi-Fi enabled campus, 24*7 library, well equipped labs, Air Conditioned Classrooms & green campus. We have Skill centres for the latest innovation & Research labs for Conducting numerous Experiments & Research facilities.

Faculty: The faculty are mostly IIT alumni & top lecturers. Faculty members have good knowledge about latest technology that help students. Seminars & lectures are conducted for students to grow & learn about the technology.

Very satisfied with the faculties way of teaching and infrastructure.

Placements: As Applied electronics and Instrumentation branch is available in very few colleges in India, so out of 50 to 60 students about 80% get placed either in IT sector or in hardware. The highest salary offered till now is 36LPA as one or two students get placed in google from off campus. The lowest salary offered is 2.5LPA and average salary offered is 3.8 LPA by IT sectors. Very few recruiters come for the students of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation. The number will be about 3 to 4. Top roles offered in our course are application developer, VLSI engineer, Associate system engineer e. t. c In our course, if you are very good at studies than you can be placed in intel or other VLSI companies for high packages around 15-16 LPA, the lowest package offered is about 2.5 LPA in local electronics companies and average salary offered is about 3 LPA. About 60-70 % of students do an internship related to our course in companies like BSNL, Sayanti electronics etc.

Infrastructure: Low number of students are there so better facilities and funds are available from the college to the students. There are air-conditioned and wi-fi labs, classroom and library. In hostel, if you want to stay for higher semesters than you have to score good marks in your academics. Very good facilities are given by the college in hostel but with strict rules. International hostel is also available as C. V Raman college of engineering is an international college. Mess food is also fine. There is a doctor present in college hours and 24*7 ambulance is available as medical facilities. AIIMS Bhubaneswar is near to the college. There are swimming pool, cricket ground and basketball court present in the campus so that students play every day and stay fit. Gym is also available inside the campus.

Faculty: All teachers are well qualified. Don't expect anything but a lot of knowledge from them. Teaching quality is also good. In this course curriculum, some subjects which are not related to the branch exist, but in future, one can relate the ethics and understanding he or she get from those subjects which will help in their projects. Thus after 8th sem, a student is 90% ready for industries. Extra 10% is covered by the centre of excellence in the campus which deals with all the industry level labs and make a student industry-ready.

Other: I choose this course because, after 12th I feel so much attraction to the electronics engineering, after studying this course I also fell for instrumentation. The magical addition of these two majors makes a student industry-ready. I wish more facilities will be added to this course as very less teachers are there for this course. Every year annual tech fests are arranged where some challenges are inter college. Annual sports events are also arranged and cash prizes are given. In campus, many foreign students are there from Ukraine, USA and Germany. Connectivity between students are amazing especially between Odia speakers and non-odia speakers. The infrastructure is really big. Odisha government. Gives many scholarship for economically weak students. Hackathon and WorldSkills level training are given in centre of excellence of the college.

It is a good place for those who want to learn something.

Placements: Overall placements here are good. Eligible students got placed with the lowest salary package of 3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 4.5LPA. The campus offers a good atmosphere, and it is attractive. Teachers are good, but the way of learning and grasping depends upon students. Overall the companies visit here for the drive.

Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are well-equipped with amenities and centralised air-conditioner for better studies. There are good quality of chairs and desk for students to study comfortably within the classrooms. Hostels are good with good seating capacity and amenities.

Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified according to the branch and subjects. They are well educated and have good academic background and career. They help students in every aspect and point. There is no single doubt leftover at the end of the day. Teachers are good, cooperative, and helpful.

Placements: Around 60% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was of Rs. 40,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was of Rs. 20,000 per month. The average salary package offered was of Rs. 30,000 per month. The top recruiting companies were Wipro, Infosys, Voltage, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, etc. The roles offered were as assistant engineer, system engineer, GET, etc. Almost 70% of the students got an internship from Rourkela Steel Plant.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, and the speed of the Wi-Fi is 5 Mbps. Many labs are well-equipped, and all are modern with advanced equipment. Classrooms are fully digitalised. There is a huge library, and also a digital library is present, which consists of more than 1 lakh books. Almost 2000 students can sit and study in the library. The hostel is good. Mess, canteen, medical facilities, and also sports and games are available.

Faculty: All the teachers of our college are helpful, well-qualified, experienced and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes student industry-ready.

Other: I opted for the course on the advice of my brother and a senior. The college should provide more practical and industrial visits to improve our course. Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity all are good.

Placements: Around 200 students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 3 lacs per month, while the average salary offered is Rs. 2 lacs per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Companies like Infosys, Bosch, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Mytri, and also start-ups are the top recruiting companies for our course. Many top roles are offered in our course. The highest salary package offered in our course is 8.5 LPA, while the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is approximately 2.5 LPA. Around 80 to 90% of the students got internships from our course, and companies like Vedanta, Nalco, BSNL, etc., offer internships here.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are just awesome, and the infrastructure of our college was good. Our college is spread over 100 acres. Our college is a champion in flower competition for many years, and classrooms are also air-conditioned. Wi-Fi speed was also good as it provides 1.5 Mbps speed, and labs were also good and clean. I didn't stay in the hostel during my tenure, but the hostel was good. The quality of the food served was not good, but the canteen was good and huge. Sports and games facilities were also good.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college helped me. They all were helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. In our college, the B. Tech course curriculum is relevant for students to be industry-ready, so I suggest you join our college.

Other: B. Tech course was good. I am not interested in joining B. Tech field, but my parents suggested to join, so I joined. But when I join in it, I feel that B.Tech field was pretty good. There is no need to improve anything in our course as it is good. All events and tech fest organised here are good, The campus crowd and its connectivity are also good. Scholarships offered are also good.

Can I take admission in C.V Raman College without filling OJEE form but I appeared in JEE exam?

This time I can't say I guess there may be OJEE exam if this happens you need to sit for it else you will not get a seat in merit list. If there is no exam then via your JEE Mains rank you can fill your preferences in OJEE counseling its similar to JOSSA but here you will only see the colleges in Od
