The college is kind of okay.
Placements: Around 100+ students were placed. The highest package was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The companies included TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Mindtree, and Amazon. Internships were less. The college had only provided software-based jobs. Jobs for core branches were nil.
Infrastructure: The campus, labs, and hostels were fully Wi-Fi furnished. The food quality was horrible and not very preferable. Sports were only for boys, and girls were not very active. Other extracurricular activities were also provided, but students must be be interested in participating.
Faculty: The faculty members were good at C.V. Raman Global University. They were graduates from well-known institutes and very cooperative. They were also very friendly and helpful with students. No one was ever intimidated about their career or character.

The college environment is good, and you get a lot of opportunities to showcase your various talents
Placements: Mostly software-based graduates were the ones who got the jobs, while other branches didn't get any opportunities in their sector of expertise. Some of the students got the highest package of INR 12 LPA and above, but some didn't get any jobs in their own sector.
Infrastructure: Hostels were provided with WiFi, and rooms were cleaned every day, so they were hygienic, but food was far from being hygienic and mostly ugly in look and taste. Mostly, have to buy or order food from outside the campus to feed ourselves and continue with our studies.
Faculty: Very disciplined and strict way of conducting exams. The faculty were highly qualified and quite knowledgeable. They explained the most possible ways in which we can apply our sector of knowledge to pursue a career in the preferred branch. The curriculum was designed as per the competitive exams syllabus.
Other: Ragging-free campus means no chance of students getting bullied or harassed.

Placements: Our college is the best for placements across Bhubaneswar. The placement cell is working excellently. They provide 100% placements for students. Many students got placed in our college.
Infrastructure: All labs are well-equipped. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The library of our college is good. The mess facility is good.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best across Bhubaneswar. They have good experience in their teaching fields. They always help us. Their teaching styles are good. They teach us well. The course curriculum is relevant. All exams are difficult to pass.
Other: All courses are available in our college.

It is a good college for CSE and IT branches.
Placements: I was a civil engineering student at CV Raman Global University of the 2014-2018 batch. Very few placements were provided for my batch. This college is famous for CSE and IT branches because huge placements are provided for those students. 120 students were there in my section, out of which 40-50 students were placed in software companies like Infosys, Wipro etc. The highest package offered was 6 lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 2 lacs per annum, and the average package offered was 3 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies were Infosys. 85% of students got internships in various companies like Odisha Government, Infosys, Wipro, JK Lakshmi etc. The top role offered was assistant manager.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was quite good. Lots of trees and plants were there on the campus. Classrooms were well-equipped, and Wi-Fi was also available in classrooms and library. A central library was available. Rooms were goods, and each room was allotted for two students. Food quality was below average. A dispensary was there. A big field was also there for sports activities.
Faculty: The teachers were good during my tenure. But they had less teaching experience. However, they all were knowledgeable and passed out from reputed colleges. Unfortunately, the curriculum didn't make students industry-ready due to the lack of practical sessions and equipment.
Other: I chose civil engineering because my uncle was a civil engineer, and he suggested me to choose civil engineering. The best thing about my course was curricular activities, like cultural events, sports activities and lots of awareness programmes which made students creative. I think labs and practical sessions could be improved.

The college has good placements for CSE and IT students.
Placements: I had done civil engineering at CV Raman Global University from 2014 to 2018. There were 120 students in my batch. Around 40% of the students got placed in my batch. The lowest package offered was 1.5 LPA, the average package offered was 2 LPA, and the highest package was 3.6 LPA. The top company that came to the college was Tata Steel Private Limited. Around 80% of the students in my course got internships in various companies like Tata Steel Pvt. Ltd., JP Cement etc. The top roles offered in my course were assistant civil engineer etc.
Infrastructure: Lots of facilities are available in that college, like a digital library, Wi-Fi, sports complex, swimming pools, smart classrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, and placement cells. The boys' hostel was good, and two people can be accommodated in one single room. Food quality was average at that time, which is improved nowadays. A dispensary was available with all the good facilities like an emergency room. Lots of sports activities were conducted like cricket match, football etc.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and qualified M.Tech from reputed institutions like IITs, NITs etc. They had good knowledge about civil engineering subjects. In my point of view, field activities were less. So, CV Raman global University could improve more in terms of providing practical knowledge.
Other: To be honest, I chose civil engineering because it's my father's dream. The best thing about my course was its faculty members were very cooperative. Conducting practicals can be improved a bit.
