Admission to all the courses offered by Hindu College is entrance-based including BA. While Hindu College accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the PG programmes will be subject to the CUET- PG exam  The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. The accepted entrance exam for admission to BA programme of Hindu College, is CUET (UG). CUET is typically conducted in the month of May. It is conducted in online (CBT) mode, once each year. In 2024, the exam was conducted over a testing period of 15 days, starting May 15, 2024. The result for the same is expected to be announced by the end of June. The registrations for the exam started in February and continued till April 2024.
