HITAM BTech courses are offered for four years, divided into eight semesters, and the Integrated Twinning Programme for the duration of five years in different specialisations. The Integrated Twinning programme is provided as a three-year study at HITAM and two years of study at the institute's international partner university. Selection Criteria for HITAM Integrated Twinning Programme
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed their Class 12 with Maths, Physics and, Chemistry, and must have a preferred score of above 70%
Admission Criteria: Candidates must secure 70% in any of the following – JEE Mains/ any state common entrance examination in engineering/ BITSAT/ other national or international engineering entrance examinations/ SAT, followed by a statement of intent (300 to 400 words) + PI.
Selection Criteria for HITAM BTech Course
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed their Class 12 with PCM as the main subject or have completed a diploma in engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education.
Admission Criteria: 70% of seats are filled through the EAPCET + Counselling. Rest, 30% of seats are reserved for admissions based on merit + selection process (the selection process may include a written test and personal interview).

HITAM BTech Admission 2025: How to Apply?
HITAM BTech course admission is done on entrance, the institute accepts different entrance exams as per the course students chosen, likewise, for BTech courses, the institute accepts relevant scores of EAPCET, and for international integrated twinning programme, relevant scores of JEE Mains/ any state common entrance examination/ BITSAT/ national or international engineering entrance examinations/ SAT scores are considered.
