Absolutely satisfied with the campus life and course.

Placements: Education sector like Akash Coaching, Axis, NEET, Physics Wallah, Bansal Coaching, and Industry like Neelam Aqua. The highest packages offered like 7.25 LPA - 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA. Approximately 10 students got placements and some are joining Ph.D.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi connection in hostel as well as department. We have well well-facilitated lab, canteen, and library. We also have well-facilitated labs and one-year projects for master thesis which give you research experience. Our campus is beautiful. Medical facilities including medical insurance here.

Faculty: The course is designed according to competitive exams syllabus. Faculty members are well qualified and teaching quality is also good. Semester exams are not too difficult as you have qualified for the IIT JAM. The pass percentage is 100% in my batch as well as in my senior's batch.

Good college for pursuing M.Sc.

Placements: Less number of students get placements in MNIT in chemistry streams. No such company visits the college. Though some teaching companies like Aakash and unacademy do visit the college still the number of placements is less. Internships are offered to students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and other facilities are very good. There is a central library on the campus where all the relevant books are available. Labs are well-equipped. Wi-Fi facility also provided. Hostels are also good. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are provided. Medical facilities are also there on the campus. A dispensary is there.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful to the students. The course curriculum is very relevant and NET, GATE-oriented. Exams are of good level and the passing percentage is more than 90%. Practical exams are also well conducted. All the teachers are very supportive.

My honest review about my college.

Placements: 100% of placements with an average package of more than 4 LPA was reached every year. If you were in tier 1 branches like ECE or CSE, you could expect a better package if there's nothing limiting in your profile. Major recruiters like Facebook, Adobe, Qualcomm, Microsoft, C. Dot, Oracle, PSUs like IOCL, HMEL, BPCL, HPCL, and startups like Snapdeal, etc.

Infrastructure: In the room, they provided geyser, bed, chair, and table. Meal quality was okay, not very nice. Sometimes like any festivals or on hostel day, they give special food.

Faculty: The course was for 2 years, and the course was run semester-wise. That means four semesters were there. I like to read chemistry that's why I chose this course. There were 40 students in the class, and around 15-16 faculty members were there. All the faculty members had excellent knowledge of their subject. At the start of the semester, we got the whole time-table and these exams happen according to that. It was a very old college with very good teaching faculty members, which was India's number 1 ranked university. I just love my course. As I mentioned earlier also, I completed my under-graduate in B.Sc. chemistry. I wanted to pursue my career in chemistry that's why I decided to do post-graduation in the field. The student-to-teacher ratio here was around 50 students and 1 teacher. Teachers were well-experienced and were very humble and helpful in nature. Exams were conducted once every 6 months.

The campus has great opportunities for those who seek.

Placements: The students who score 60% of marks under graduation are eligible for admission in this course. Coaching institutes like Akash, and Bajaj are recruiters. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Students can apply for research-based internships within MNIT or outside. The information about upcoming internships opportunities outside the campus is also provided by mail. There are teaching jobs in this domain.

Infrastructure: Students are provided with Wi-Fi all around the campus, lecture theatres are well furnished, the library has ample books and e-resources, and the campus is green and clean. The food quality of the mess is also good. The canteen does not offer many food options also the taste of canteen food is average. There is a sports complex for a variety of outdoor games and a gym.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, helpful, and students are always welcome to clear any kind of doubts. They take classes regularly. The course curriculum is designed in such a way to help in preparation for further competitive exams. The course is suitable for those who want to pursue teaching or research field. Exams are based on the topics taught in the class itself There is a relative marking scheme so passing marks depend on the highest score in the class.

Other: The course is research-oriented. Students get timely information about all the events through mail. Extracurricular activities keep ongoing throughout the year.

I am absolutely satisfied by the faculty members and placements.

Placements: Teachers in our college are good guides. Even the seniors are helpful but you have to work hard for gathering knowledge and information. You have to do project work under teachers of your interest from the 3rd semester onwards. Coaching institutes mainly come for placements of M.Sc. students. You can reach more companies by the placement cell.

Infrastructure: There is a massive library, a computer center with Wi-Fi facilities, and air-conditioners too in our college. Sports and games facilities and a gym are available for students. Hostels are available for girls for almost every branch and for boys yet for UG only. The food is good and tasty.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. Teachers are friendly and reachable. Exams are conducted in a lecture theatre with an air-conditioner and a vast area. Teachers are not more concerned with your book knowledge but they try to make you understand and relate your subject to regular life like our course is M.Sc. Chemistry.
