NIFT Delhi BDes programme is offered across six specialisations. Some of the available course specialisations are Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design, etc. Admission to the same is made based on the score obtained in two entrance tests, including CAT and GAT. Students who clear both tests must appear for the Situation Test for the final selection. Candidate should not exceed 24 (29 years for SC/ ST/ PWD category students) years of age as of August 1 of the admission year.

No, the admission criteria for the BDes programme is entrance-based. NIFT Delhi BDes course admission is granted based on applicants performance in the NIFT Entrance Exam. The written exams was held on February 5, 2024. The scores of the written exam was used to shortlist c candidates for the 2nd phase, which will include a Situation Test (B. Des programme) or Personal Interview (PG courses).

Yes, the National Institute of Fashion Technology will allow candidates with late fees. The late fee application window will open once the deadline to fill out the NIFT 2024 application form with regular fee closes. The start and last date to fill out the NIFT 2024 application form with late fee will be notified by the institute before the regular application form closes or sometime thereabout. The late fee for NIFT 2024 will be INR 5,000. The late fee has to be paid in addition to the application fee, which is INR 3000 for open category candidates.
For admission to BDes at NIFT Delhi, aspirants are required to take the NIFT entrance exam. The eligible students can visit the NIFT official website to register and apply. Students must enter all the details correctly in the registration/application form. Some of the basic details required are the candidate's name, valid email ID, mobile number, etc. The application form must be submitted on or before the prescribed deadline.
