BE/BTech with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in a relevant branch of Engineering is the basic eligibility for M.Tech at NIT Calicut. For students belonging to the General AI quota, the GATE CCMT Round 1 cutoff scores varied between 351 and 731. For top M.Tech branches like CSE and CSE (Information Security), the cutoff scores stood at 731 and 694, respectively.
