The campus of the National Institute of Technology Calicut is located in Calicut (Kozhikode) city. NIT Calicut covers an area of around 120 hectares. The campus is green, and the ambience is very enjoyable. It is a residential campus, with all amenities available on and around the campus. There are 13 hostels on the campus, out of which 10 are for boys and 3 for girls. All the hostels have a common room and recreational centre where newspapers, magazines, TVs, and indoor sports and games facilities are available. Free 24-hour internet and computational facilities are available in almost all hostels. Messes operated by outsourcing are available in all hostels. The central library has a collection of over 1.55 lakh books, 193 national and international journals, and other resources that cater to knowledge. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate (6.0 out of 10 CGPA) for SC and ST categories) is the basic eligibility required to get admission to MBA at NITC.
