If you are looking for MCA don't come here.
Placements: Approximately 50% of the students get placed in my senior batch with a max package of 26 LPA in optum. The average package is around 8 LPA with the lowest of 4 LPA. Mainly the companies that came here are looking for a full sack developed in Java language. Very few students get internships from here approximately only 10%.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is given to us after we complete one sem and even then the Wi-Fi never works properly, it keeps losing connection every other minute, and after you log in to the Wi-Fi connection, it only lasts for 1 hour. Labs and classroom facilities are also indigent. Students of MCA don't get any hostel except for a few female students on a merit basis.
Faculty: There are some teachers who have good knowledge of their respective subjects, but they are not able to teach effectively. Some teachers seem like they don't know anything about the subject and just keep blabbering. Only very few of the teachers are good. Almost everyone passes the semester exams some those who fail clear it in re-exam.
Other: There are many fests that are held here, but none of them are exciting. If you come from a low-tier college or a small village, then this might excite you, but overall it is not worth it.

NIT Raipur - Is it worth joining.
Placements: Placements of all IITs and NITs are amazing, including NIT Raipur. For the 2023 batch pass out in MCA 2023, the highest salary went up to 28 LPA, and the average was approximately 10 LPA, which was pretty good. Top recruiting companies are Amdocs, De Shaw, Ford, etc. Top roles offered are data analyst, SDE, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure as compared to other NITs is pretty low. There is only one main building and one building for architecture. There are boys hostels only for B.Tech, and limited seats in girls hostel for masters. The main building has access to everything, including library, labs, etc.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified and share the best knowledge in terms of academic and even personal. They are very supportive. The course curriculum is relevant and gives knowledge about today's requirements like DSA, OOPs, etc., making students industry-ready.

Good placement after Covid in MCA from NIT Raipur.
Placements: Till mid december 70% of all the students are placed to various companies and 89% of all eligible students are placed. The highest placement was given by dutch bank of 20lpa to 1 student of MCA. And average package is 8lpa. Top recruiting companies are Optum Deloitee, Maq, Amdocs, Huron, Eversana etc.
Internship is mandatory for all the students in MCA so some companies have provided it.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided in overall campus. Our college has a big library which contains thousands of books. Campus in NIT is not very big but it is enough big to organize any function, Classrooms are big enough to accommodate 150 students in a single class provided with board and projectors. NIT's Hostel is very small so 80% students lives outside the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful to some extend. If you are doing whatever they are saying then you are a good students and you will get good marks too. MCA course is very much relevant makes the student industry ready. Also in last semester it is mandatory for the students to do internship in an organisation making them industry ready.
Other: MCA is best technical course after B.Tech because you will join the same company which you join by B.Tech and enjoy a good package too
our batch size was 105 in which 90 were eligible for the placement in which 85 have got the placement from the college.

I am satisfied with placements and teachers.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered for our course is 20 LPA by Dutch Bank, and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA by different companies like Amazon, Truminds, Deloitte, Optum, MAQ Software, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is not much huge. It has two hostels for boys and two hostels for girls. Hostels are not spacious for students to accommodate. Our campus has a central library which is filled with many books.
Faculty: All faculty members are very much talented. They are well-qualified in their respective domains. Their teaching quality is good. They explain all concepts by using slides and presentations. Our course is well-designed and provides in-depth information about the subject, which makes students industry-ready. We have two-semester exams every year.
Other: There are around 105 students in our course. Our course duration is 3 years. Our college conducts annual fests. Our college provides scholarships to students.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Currently, almost 65 % of students got the placement, now it is august 2022 and many companies also visit. The highest package is 55 LPA, the lowest is 8 LPA and the average package is 12 LPA. Amazon, DBOI, optimum Delloite, and many more. The top role is SDE.
Infrastructure: The whole campus is entirely Wi-Fi. The best labs are available classrooms are very neat and clean. The library is very good, books are easily available. All the books are updated. The Campus is greenery.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very helpful, they are very kind and generous. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching style is very unique. MCA is a master's degree and it is relevant to the industry. It makes the student industry ready. Our students are in a good position in tech giant company.
Other: I opted for this course because its curriculum is designed in a very elegant way so everyone, who will study understand it in a clear way. I would like to do better in my course on the campus hiring process.

Overall, everything here is good.
Placements: Almost 88% of students were placed in our course in the previous year. The highest salary package offered by Amazon was 36 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Deutsche Bank of India, D. E. Shaw & Co., JP Morgan, IBM, etc. About 5% of students were hired by Amazon, 4% by DBOI, and the rest by other companies. Top roles offered were SDE I, SDE II, graduate analyst, software testing, solution engineering, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, projector classes, a library, and two computer labs with more than 100 systems. The hostel is not huge, but there is a new campus coming soon where the hostel will be huge. Mess food is good. There are sports. All are available.
Faculty: The relationship between teachers and students is good. All teachers are well qualified. This course is really good if you don't want to do a direct B.Tech. Semester exam questions are the same as those we studied in class. Sometimes it's difficult, but sometimes it's good.
Other: If you have not gotten any NITs or IITs, you have to do BCA and then prepare for MCA by passing the NIMCET exam. A modified syllabus may be required. All events, fests, scholarships, EAs, and other things are available. There are fests that are too good. There are multiple programs, like the NSS program, dance, etc. We need some changes in our hostel.

Crack the NIMCET exam and get into NIT Raipur.
Placements: The placement is good, almost everyone eligible will be placed at the end of the year with an average package of 10 LPA. Amazon is the top recruiting company. If you are in B.Tech then you also got the opportunity to sit in the internship, so there is a chance for you to get an internship.
Infrastructure: The campus is not very big and the hostel doesn't have an ample amount of space to accommodate all, so we have to live outside. Mainly the campus is clean and hygienic. The classroom is big with a projector in every class. Also, there is a big library so that you can issue any book from there.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and have ample amount of knowledge and experience regarding their subjects. Teaching quality is also good, they take the help of a projector to explain the topics. The thing is that we have to maintain attendance, so we have to attend college regularly.

I had an excellent campus life. I suggest you always to prefer a government college.
Placements: About 80% of the students who have eligibility criteria to attend placements got placed. The top salary package offered is 25 LPA. Top companies which visit our college for placements are Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, Samsung, MAQ, Amdocs, Intune, Virtusa and many more. Top roles offered by companies are software engineer, software developer, business analyst and tester.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and you can have 24 hours of the library facility. You also get free Wi-Fi facility with a very high-speed internet of 100 Mbps. There is a hostel which provides food at very low cost. There are a canteen, juice corner, Amul parlour and sandwich junction. Our college also has supercomputers. It also has a training and placement cell, which provides placements and invite companies.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very experienced and very qualified. Most of them are good at teaching.
