We have good faculty and placements.

Placements: More than 90% of students are placed in our course. The highest package is 8 LPA. The lowest is 4 LPA. The average package is around 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Microsoft and TCS. Around 80% of students receive internship opportunities. The top roles offered are HR and Manager positions.

Infrastructure: The department facilities are good, and the overall infrastructure is also good. We have Wi-Fi in every classroom within the department. The library facilities are also good. The hostel is good with decent food. Rooms and washrooms are also good. There is also a ground in front of the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly, good at teaching, and well-qualified with subject knowledge. The curriculum is relevant and helps make students industry-ready. Exams can be difficult, but they are manageable. Sometimes the exams are easy as well, and a question bank is provided. The teachers are very helpful.

Placements: In our course, around 80-85% of students got placed during the last placement season. The highest package offered is around 24 LPA, the average is 6 LPA to 7 LPA, and the lowest is about 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters included Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, and a few product-based companies like Microsoft and Bosch. Nearly 70% of students also secured internships in reputed companies such as IBM, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra. Top roles offered included software engineer, data analyst, associate consultant, and developer positions.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure for both academics and hostel. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards, while the labs are well-maintained with high-speed internet and updated software for practical learning. Library has a wide collection of books and digital resources. Wi-Fi is available across the campus and hostel. The food in the mess and canteen is average but hygienic, with multiple options available. Medical facilities are provided on campus along with emergency support. There are also good sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games, encouraging students to participate in extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Teachers in our department are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. Most of them focus on both theoretical and practical aspects, which makes the classes engaging. This helps students gain skills that are useful in placements and internships. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but with proper preparation, students can perform well. Placements: About 90 to 95% of students get placed every year at NMIT. The average package at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology is about 6 to 8 LPA, and for the course on artificial intelligence and data science, it is about 7 to 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology are cognizant Infosys Wipro, Tata, Bosch Collins Aerospace, Sony, Microsoft, and many more. About 82 to 85% of students get internships every year at the above-mentioned companies. The top roles offered in our courses are data scientist, data analyst, data manager, and many more.

Infrastructure: The classrooms and laboratories are well-spaced, and the laboratories include high-end computers. The college also provides Wi-Fi facilities for the students. Coming to the hostel, the food at Mess is the best as compared to the other colleges in Bangalore, and the college also has several shops in it, like Maggi station bakeries, book stalls, and other shops. The college provides huge scope for sports and games, and it also has basketball courts, football courts, volleyball courts, cricket courts, and more for sports activities. The college has medical facilities as well as a canteen facility.

Faculty: The faculty members and teachers are well-experienced and knowledgeable persons with a Ph.D. graduation, and the teaching quality is best as compared to the other engineering colleges in Bangalore. The training of the teachers makes the students ready for campus placements, and they provide industrial-level training for the students. The exams are quite difficult and quite moderate, and the past percentage of students is about 90% every year.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in artificial intelligence and data science. Artificial intelligence is a sub-branch of computer science, which is in most demand. The college festival "ANADYANTA" includes several cultural activities, competitions, hackathons, dance music, and many more. It happens in May every year, which is a big festival among all the engineering colleges. The college provides information to the students about our scholarships, and it has a separate cell for scholarship guidance for SC, ST, and OBC students. College provides the best scope for students who are interested in projects and also in sports.

College review by me about NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology Bangalore .

Placements: Our 2023–2027 batch is currently in its first year of study. They will enter the core branch in the second year. The placement cell is open from the 2nd year, and the good placement companies arrive, and good packages are given. Almost 95% of students get packages every year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in our campus. The classroom are well furnished and there is good air in the space. Good labs for our AI and this batch with top processors running on the computer. We have good facilities in the hostel, such as Wi-Fi, etc. And the mess food is also good, tasty and hygienic. Overall quality is hygienic.

Faculty: The curriculum of our syllabus is good and it is updated to the current version. Which is must for a learning student. So that he can learn the new things that go on in this world. Either in the form of technological improvements, etc. And the exams are conducted according with the completion of the syllabus.

Other: The course was good, and AI is revolutionizing the world very rapidly. In this era, data science must have and play a vital role in the development of technology, which is much needed for future development. That made me choose this course. The college offers a good college festival every year, known as anadyantha. Which is one of the top festivals in Bangalore.

A college to look after because of the placements and other opportunities.

Placements: Our college assures 100 percent placement, and they also provide internships, which are helpful to get placed. The average package for 2022–23 is 6.6 LPA, and 94 percent of students got placed in companies they wished for. The placement cell plays a crucial role in getting students into the corporate world, and our college career development cell will do a great job. And this AI and this course had been implemented 3 years ago; therefore, there is no output yet. But the overall placements are good at our college.

Infrastructure: There is a well-equipped lab for our department, which is brand new. And the facilities, like the library and other information sources, are very good. The infrastructure of classrooms, libraries, and auditoriums is good. The canteen and the mess are very clean and hygienic, and they offer delicious food. There are college hostels for both boys and girls, which are on campus as well as off campus. There is a very good platform for sports and other extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Highly experienced faculty members who are with the students at any time, and they will support the student in academic excellence as well as in their passion. There is a culture of mentoring the students periodically and helping them in their passion. The curriculum includes new technologies and upcoming developments to be learned by the students, and they access students by conducting 3 internals and a semester-end examination for each semester.

Other: As we know, AI is the future, and I chose this college and this course because of its popularity in placements and its nirf ranking. And also, college campus life will be a beautiful journey and it will be memorable for sure. They support us in every step of any other extra curricular activities and they will also provide time to do internships, attend hackathons, etc. There will be the biggest technical event named 'anaadyanta' which will take place during May of every year. campus is less crowded and it is systematic, which is a very good environment to learn.
