It is an excellent college.
Placements: In our college, almost 76% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, etc., visit our campus. Almost 56% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. The library is good. The canteen facilities are excellent. Our college provides good facilities and infrastructure. The quality of the food in the canteen is excellent. A huge sports complex is available. Games are good.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are average.
Other: The B.A. Hons. is an excellent course at this college. Our college organises events and fests. The campus crowd is good.

This is the best college.
Placements: There are a numerous number of placement opportunities in Shivaji College. Every year many companies from finance and marketing and sales approach students for campus for placement. Shivaji college has an active placement cell that works round the year to provide internship and employment opportunities to the students. Every year placement cell also conducts a survey to analyse the interest of student in placement and internship opportunities and plans. 30-40 companies like GMR Aviation, Investiture, Outlook, and many more visit the campus. Company offers average package to freshers. Most students get placed in the companies.
Infrastructure: All the facilities like labs, library, sports complex etc. are there. The college has a fully automated library with rich collection of books. It subscribes to 30-40 newspaper and magazines and e-books. It has two air conditioners in reading hall. Canteen is very clean and offers a variety of food items. Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, and Botany all labs. Sports facilities like basketball court, cricket and football ground, tennis court, baseball ground are there. Wi-Fi facilities also available for students and teachers. The college also has an auditorium. Hospital and medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Faculty member of the college are good and are helpful to the students at any time. The college has a good faculty, a nice curriculum along with generic elective course for enhancing students' knowledge in different fields. B.A. course is not affiliated to a single department but engages several department in providing a holistic education to undergraduate classroom. Semester exams are conducted in this college and passing percentage is 40% minimum.

STEP 2: Shivaji College BSc Application Process

Candidates must appear for the CUET. The next step of the admission process is that candidates must apply for DU UG admission through the Common Seat Allocation System which is divided into three phases as mentioned below:

Phase 1: Applying to the Delhi University

Phase 2: Filling the preference for Shivaji College and BSc programme

Phase 3: Allocation Cum Admission

During Phase One of the application process, candidates must register for fresh admission and, provide personal, academic details and upload the documents. If candidates are applying through sports or ECA quota, they must upload supporting documents. The final step of the application process is to pay the CSAS 2024 application fees of INR 250 (INR 100 for SC/ ST/ Pwd category candidates).

STEP 3: Selection Criteria

After the declaration of CUET results, candidates must apply for phase two where they must fill out the preference for Shivaji College and BSc/ BSc (Hons) programmes.

STEP 4: DU CSAS Counselling Process and Seat Allocation

The final round of admission is the allocation cum admission round. After the declaration of CUET UG results, DU will allot Shivaji College according to the preference given by candidates.

Once candidates accept the provisionally allocated seat, the college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by candidates online. The college has an option to 'accept' or 'reject' the admission if they find discrepancy in the information provided by candidates. If Shivaji College accepts the application, candidates must then pay the Shivaji College BSc fees.
