It is a good choice for mechatronics with strong placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Around 70 to 80 percent of students in our course get placed every year. The highest package offered is 10 LPA and the average ranges from 4 to 5 LPA. The lowest package ranges between 2.5 to 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Bosch, TCS, Infosys, Zoho, L&T and Cognizant. Nearly 50 to 60 percent of students also get internship opportunities in companies like Ashok Leyland, TVS and various startups. Core roles like design engineer, embedded systems developer and automation engineer are offered along with software development roles in some cases.

Infrastructure: Our department is well-equipped with modern labs for robotics, automation, electronics, and mechanical systems. Classrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi enabled. The central library has a good collection of technical books and journals. Hostels are well-maintained with decent rooms, 24x7 water and electricity supply. The mess food is hygienic and offers both veg and non-veg options, though it can be repetitive. Medical facilities are available on campus. There is a large ground for sports like cricket, football, and athletics, along with indoor game facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced, approachable, and supportive. Most of them have strong academic backgrounds and industry exposure. The course curriculum is quite relevant and includes recent advancements in AI, IoT, and automation. It prepares students for industry roles, especially in core fields. Exams are moderate in difficulty. The pass percentage is generally above 85%, but consistent study is needed to maintain a good CGPA. Practical learning and projects are emphasised from the second year.

Other: I chose mechatronics because it is an interdisciplinary field that combines mechanical, electronics, and programming skills. It is perfect for the automation and robotics future. The best part is the hands-on learning and project-based approach. I wish there were more industry collaborations and updated lab equipment. Overall, the environment motivates us to grow both technically and personally.

The campus is neat and clean. And there is a good atmosphere.

Placements: The placements are good. And there are many industrial training for placements And they were teaching the c+, Java in the first year itself. Most of companies coming here are IT companies and there will be also availability of core companies, if we utilize this opportunity we can shine.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the hostel is good and classroom is very neat and clean. It gives positive vibes to the students. The mess food is okay. And there is no non veg. Only veg food is available in our hostel. But there are food courts that are spacious and clean and good in taste .

Faculty: Faculty are good and friendly and they are very well experienced and teaches in the understandable way. They were good in character and teaching they will teach in both Tamil and English . For core departments they were teaching the programming language to enter in IT sector .

Our college has good faculty members.

Placements: About 80% of students got placed in good companies. TCS, Wipro, Amazon, etc., are top recruiting companies. The highest salary package offered is INR 41 LPA, and the lowest is INR 5 LPA. The roles offered are manager and software assistant. Almost 75% of students got internships at good companies.

Infrastructure: Labs have all of the equipment needed to complete projects. The hostel has a hot water facility. We have many sports. They built a new stadium on the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are good at their subjects. They help us create new projects and involve us in external activities. The course makes students ready for the industry, and the management provides special training for better placements.

It is the best college for placement training.

Placements: Placements are top-notch in our college. The highest salary package offered is 44 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the average salary package is from 6 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Zoho, and some German companies. Students get internships in the 5th and 6th semesters.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good and looks beautiful. Our college has classrooms, labs, a library, etc. Hostel life is the best. Wi-Fi is available in our college. It is the best place for a photoshoot. There is a stadium for students interested in sports. The library of our college is one of the best places to gain knowledge.

Faculty: Teaching is very good in our college. Many teachers are Ph.D. holders and many are pursuing Ph.D. Semester exams are a little difficult. The course curriculum is good. The pass percentage is above 95%.

Other: I chose this course to gain electrical, mechanical, and computer knowledge. It is a difficult course as it includes 3 subjects. Many events and extracurricular activities are organised in our college.

This college is worth for money but hostel is not recommended. Hostel food is not good.

Placements: Every year, over 200 companies visit, and the majority of students are placed. Nearly 40 companies are visiting my department, nearly 10 of which are core and the remainder are IT-based. TCS, CTS, Google, and other IT-based companies are the top recruiters.

Infrastructure: The hostel is comfortable and clean. The hostel is strict about going out with zero ragging complaints. Hostel food is not worth for money. Hostel fees IS high, around 1.10 Lacs. Food varieties are good initially but afterward food are repeated again and again.

Faculty: The syllabus is not too extensive. Even though it is a autonomous college, correction is not liberal. All departments have well-revised portion. The majority of the faculty members have Ph.D.s, and the teaching is excellent. There is no blackboard culture teaching; instead, smart board teaching is used, and there are no books, only pdf-based materials.

Other: More programs and functions are not conducted. There is less entertainment and even no cultural fests for the final year. Sometimes the rules of this college appear to be those of a school.

Yes, mechanical engineering is a good course. Placements are extremely fine.
