I would rate 3.75 out of 5 for it and 1.25 because placements were average at my time (2025).
Placements: Placements are getting better as per passing year, and mine was the first batch for artificial intelligence and data science. Considering the market, it has pretty decent placements. The top recruiting companies for our course are Galytix, Unthinkable Solutions, etc. A lot of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are top-notch like the library and classrooms. Everything is well-maintained, especially the B.Tech building - C block. We have centralised AC in our building. We have Wi-Fi facilities as well unlike other IPU colleges. The food in the canteen is pretty decent.
Faculty: Faculty members are very nice and helpful. Every faculty is holding a PhD and they are pretty knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant with respect to industry standards. The difficulty level of semester exams is similar to any other IPU college exams. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: The course Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is at a boom right now and I chose this because of the relevancy in the market. Connectivity from the college is fine. There are 2 metro routes one from the red line (Pitampura) and the other from the yellow line (Haiderpur Badli Mor). Other than that, the campus crowd is nice. Fests are also pretty cool, and just students need to choose PG wisely if they are opting for any. My PG experience was not that good as it would have been better if we opted for the Haiderpur side or Rohini side, especially BU-11 in Pitampura is really bad in terms of cleanliness.

I am absolutely satisfied with faculty, infrastructure, and the good campus life.
Placements: Last year, when the placement for B.Tech began, the highest package offered was 24 LPA by a Japanese company, but no one got placed due to a lack of practical skills for the outside world. Though the highest placement was around 12 LPA, the lowest placement package was approximately 3.5 LPA. Job roles offered included SDEs, Data Analyst, and AI/ML Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at GGSIPU is among the best. The entire campus, including corridors, classrooms, and labs, is equipped with Wi-Fi. The library stands out as the best, offering a peaceful environment with cool aesthetics. It has almost every engineering book, and if a book is not available, you can request it, and it will be ordered. One thing I feel could be improved is that teachers' whiteboards should be positioned a little higher with a stand for the teacher.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, very supportive, and knowledgeable, and they teach well. But, you have to maintain a respectful student identity. Otherwise, your marks may suffer. The course may initially feel irrelevant, but believe me, it's relevant once you start applying it in the real world. No course makes someone industry-ready on its own. You must practice and learn how to be industry-ready on your own.

Academic curriculum is average, but the infrastructure and exposure is super amazing of VIPS.
Placements: 2021 was the first batch of B.Tech. at Whips TC College, so placements will happen this year. From confidential sources, we have information that the average placement will be around 9 LPA to 11 LPA for three students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is superb, with amazing and high-tech laboratories, computer labs, and other physics, mechanical, and chemical labs. However, there is no hostel yet. There is Wi-Fi and a library. There are five libraries in our college; one is allotted to engineering. A student canteen is available on campus and is quite good. Medical facilities, sports, and games are all present, along with clubs for different sports and other activities.
Faculty: The curriculum of our B.Tech. in AI NDS course is quite good. Teachers are well-qualified from top tech universities in India, like the IITs, and are very knowledgeable. They help us personally, take mentor sessions, and hold daily doubt sessions as required. The course curriculum is relevant to the upcoming data science industry, as data science skills are in growing demand. So the curriculum is quite good. Semester exams are average; if we have good knowledge and command of our subject, we will definitely pass with good marks. There is a minimum of 33 percent required to pass.
Other: I chose AI in data science because of the high demand for data science skills worldwide, as it is the most job-seeking domain nowadays. Also, the subjects are interesting. The infrastructure and crowd on our campus are amazing, with high-tech facilities. In terms of extracurricular activities, many clubs and societies can help us follow our passions. Our extracurricular activities are done monthly.

A great option to consider under IPU.
Placements: This college offers good placement opportunities for students. Several well-reputed companies are there to visit campus and take in the students who have well-developed skills. The CDC career development cell is working very well to establish good placements.
Infrastructure: Amazing infrastructure of the college. The college campus provides high teaching labs and classrooms for the students to study and develop skills. The college building looks no less than a high-tech office and provides all the necessary opportunities for students.
Faculty: The faculty works a lot with the students to provide them with the amazing knowledge needed for the course. The teachers are great and always available to help the students to study a better skill. The curriculum and the exams of the college are great and work well with the students.
Other: This course offers multiple skills and development needed to get a good job and academics.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: So the placement of VIPS B.Tech has not commenced yet, as the first batch of VIPS B.Tech will be passing out in 2025. But the placement of BCA is quite good, as I can confirm. I heard that almost every student who sat for placements got placed, and many students opted for higher studies. The top placement was around 20 LPA in BCA, and companies like JP Morgan hire students from BCA, so we can expect good placements for B.Tech as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is great. Every class is fully air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi works well if not every student is using it at the same time. The classrooms are big and spacious. Every lab has modern facilities; for example, our Programming in C Lab has the latest model computers, the latest processors, and comfortable chairs. Also, our library is the best in our college, as our college has three libraries for different courses, and the B.Tech library is the best. The one thing that we don't have is a big ground; we have a ground, but it is not that big. However, we do have a separate basketball court and volleyball court, and a common room which has a pool, table tennis court, chess, and carrom. We also have a separate badminton court under the BBA building. Talking about the hostel, there are no hostels in college, but there are multiple PGs. Many friends of mine are living there, and the food service is decent, and the rooms are quite good.
Faculty: The teachers are great; every teacher has earned a Ph.D. from prominent institutions. They are very knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is also excellent. Yes, the curriculum is relevant, but from the second year. In the first year, we study subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Manufacturing, Programming in C, and Engineering Graphics. These may not be directly related to coding, but they help students learn things beyond coding. The curriculum makes the student industry-ready from the second year. Exam difficulty depends entirely on the student. If you study, you can easily score above average or even top the exams. The pass percentage is around forty percent.
Other: I chose this course because Artificial Intelligence is the future, so why not become one who controls it? Data Science is everywhere; data is everything in the modern world. I am still in the first year, so I can't tell much, but one thing that could have been better is if we could have had coding subjects related to AI, which will come in the second year, allowing us to prepare ourselves for that. Events are the best; there are so many events taking place in our college. The annual fest, called Initio, is the best fest I have attended till now. Last time, Parmish Verma was performing in this fest as a star. The campus crowd is good, as most people come from a rich background, so the crowd is modern. Campus surroundings are also great; our whole campus is beautiful, covered with trees, plants, and flowers. I don't know much about scholarships. Many extracurricular activities are always happening in our college.
