AMUEEE BArch Pattern 2026: Know Marking Scheme & Exam Duration

For AMUEEE, the candidates will have to study topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. The level of AMUEEE syllabus will be similar to the 12th standard qualifying examination syllabus. All of the important topics have to be studied so that the candidates are well prepared for the upcoming entrance exam. The official AMUEEE 2026 syllabus will be released online.

The authorities will release marking scheme through AMUEEE exam pattern. For every correct answer, candidates will be get 1 mark. However, for every incorrect answer, they will lose 0.25 mark. No marks will be deducted for incorrect responses.

According to exam pattern, AMUEEE question paper will have objective questions. For each question, there will be four options. Candidates will have to select correct answer from given options.

Candidates will be able to attempt AMUEEE in Hindi. The authorities will conduct AMUEEE in three languages - English, Hindi and Urdu. Candidates can choose their preferred language for examination.

AMUEEE Diploma in Engineering paper will consist of four subjects. The Science (Physics, Chemistry and Life Science) section will consist of 50 questions while Mathematics will have 30 questions in the paper. General Knowledge and Indo-Islamic Culture will consist of 10 questions each. A total of 100 questions have to be attempted by the candidates in the entrance exam. 

The total number of questions for AMUEEE BE Evening course is 100. Out of the total number of questions, 25 questions will be from Physical Sciences while 75 questions will be from the Relevant Engineering Sciences. It is also to be noted that those candidates having professional experience of Government/ Semi-Government/ Public Sector Undertakings of India after passing Diploma in Engineering will be additionally awarded 2.5 marks for each year of professional experience subject to a maximum of 25 marks.

Along with the official notification, the candidates will be able to access the details of the exam pattern. As per the AMUEEE exam pattern, the entrance exam will be held as a pen-and-paper-based test. During the three hour exam, the candidates will have to attempt 150 objective multiple-choice questions.
