BITSAT 2026 exam date will be released soon. Authorities will conduct BITSAT in two sessions. First session is expected to held in May 2026 and second session in June 2026. Students can attempt one of both exam sessions. BITSAT will be held as an online test.
In BITSAT, students have to answer 130 objective questions. Each question will have four options. Correct one has to be selected. If all questions are finished before time, then additional 12 questions will be given to students to solve for extra marks.
BITSAT exam pattern is released online. Students will have to answer all questions in 3 hours. No extra time will be allowed.

BITSAT 2022 Paper Analysis
BITSAT 2022 paper for shift 1 was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. Most students found Mathematics to be comparatively more difficult than Physics and Chemistry. Physics and Chemistry included NCERT-level questions. The mathematics section was lengthy. English and Logical reasoning were relatively easy.

Harshit Gupta said that the Physics and Chemistry sections consisted of NCERT-level questions. Mathematics was comparatively more difficult than the JEE Main. He found English and Logical Reasoning the easiest. Overall, the difficulty level was moderate.
Another aspirant named Subham said that the BITSAT was of a moderate level. The Mathematics section of BITSAT was tougher than the JEE Main Mathematics paper. Physics and Chemistry could be attempted easily within the given timeline.
Abhisekh Singh said that all the subjects (PCM), including English and Logical Reasoning, were easy compared to JEE Main. The questions could be easily completed and did not take much time.
According to Lakshay, the BITSAT paper was moderate. Mathematics was difficult and lengthy compared to Physics and Chemistry. The Mathematics section consumed more time; therefore, managing time is important.
