BITSAT 2026 Application Form: BITS, Pilani, releases the BITSAT application form for both sessions separately. Applicants can also choose to apply for both sessions during session 1 registration. Currently, BITSAT 2026 is over and the institute has moved to admission phase, thus students can check the details on this page for reference. Candidates must refer to the detailed eligiblity criteria before applying online.
While there is no age limit, applicants must have passed their qualifying exam in 2025 or must be appearing this year. As per the revised eligibility criteria, students who retake the class 12 exam for all subjects are no longer eligible for BITSAT. Read to know more about the BITSAT application form 2026.

How to fill BITSAT 2026 Application Form?
The BITSAT 2026 application form was available only through the BITSAT login. An easy way to fill the BITSAT application form is given below. Following these will ensure a smooth application process.
- First, students have to register at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. To register, they will have to use their name, gender, date of birth, email ID and mobile number. A login password also has to be made. After registration, students will get an application number in their email.
- Students have to fill application form with their personal, qualifying exam details, and contact information. Preferred exam cities have to be selected. Preferences will be used to allot exam centres.
- Next, students have to upload their photograph and signature. Documents should be uploaded as per the notification.
- Finally, students will have to pay the BITSAT application fee via credit or debit card or net banking. After payment, students can download the receipt.
No other mode of application will be accepted. Students should remember their application number. During the exam and admission process, the application number will be needed.
BITSAT Eligibility Criteria
The exam conducting authority has revised the BITSAT 2026 eligibility criteria. Candidates must check the eligibility conditions before filling the online application form. The basic eligiblity conditions are:
Nationality: Students should be of Indian nationality or Non-Resident Indians (NRI) or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).
Age Limit: There is no upper or lower age limit.
Qualifying Exam: 12th class qualifying (or equivalent) examination from a recognised Central or State Board.
CAIE and IB Board Students: Students from Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) board the subjects should be completed at A level. For International Baccalaureate (IB) board students, the subjects should be completed at a higher level.

BITSAT application fee has to be paid to be registered for entrance exam. Fee has to be paid through credit card/debit card/net banking/ICICI payment gateway. Offline payments will not be accepted.

Important Instructions while Filling BITSAT Application Form
Before filling out the BITSAT 2026 application form, candidates must keep in mind the following points:
- Session 1 registered candidates can log in via their existing User ID/Application Number and Password and proceed to submit the BITSAT form for session 2.
- For candidates who have already applied for both sessions, they need not register separately.
- New applicants must complete registration to obtain a system-generated, unique, 8-digit Application Number (User ID) and Password.
- Use a valid email ID and mobile number that will remain active throughout the admission process. As OTPs for validation will be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
- Candidates can register for BITSAT session 2 if they have not registered or attended for the session 1 exam.
Mistakes to Avoid While Filling BITSAT Application Form 2026
- Ensure accurate entry of Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, Gender, and Test City Preferences, as it cannot be changed later.
- Uploading an unclear photograph or signature.
- Selecting the wrong subjects.

BITSAT 2026 Registration Fee
The BITSAT 2026 application fee is different for males and females. The registration fee also differs for centres in India and Dubai. BITSAT Application Form Correction
Applicants who wish to make changes to the BITSAT application form after submission can do so within a limited time period. The form correction window was available through the candidate login at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. Note that the BITSAT form correction allows students to edit a limited number of fields.
The candidate's details are used to generate the admit card and scorecards, thus candidates must ensure all details are correct. The form correction facility is offered as a one-time opportunity. Students cannot change their details after the conclusion of the process.

BITSAT eligibility criteria is released online. Students should have passed 12th class qualifying examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. They should have atleast 75 percent marks in PCM and 60 percent in individual subjects.
