Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test 2026 ( BITSAT )
BITSAT 2026 result dates will be announced soon. The scores obtained in the entrance examination can be checked through the BITSAT result 2026. Although the candidates will be able to check their obtained scores immediately after the exam concludes, the moderate scores will be available through the official result of BITSAT 2026. It is to be noted that the candidates will be able to download the official result in the form of a BITSAT 2026 score card. How to Download BITSAT 2026 Scorecard/Result?

BITSAT 2026 result will be available online. The result will be downloadable in the form of a BITSAT 2026 scorecard. The given steps can be followed to access the BITSAT score card.

Process to check BITSAT 2026 result if the candidate forgets their application number
In case the candidates forget their BITSAT application number, they will still be able to log in to download their scorecard using another option. The listed steps can be followed to access the BITSAT 2026 scorecard using the other option.
- Go to bitsadmission.com
- Click on 'Forgot Application Number or Password'
- Enter the Registered Mobile Number, Email ID, and Date Of Birth
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button
Once the candidates provide all the above-mentioned information, they will be able to view their BITSAT 2026 result.
BITSAT 2026 Merit list
Based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance exam, the authorities will prepare the BITSAT 2026 merit list. During the counselling process, two types of merit lists will be available for the candidates.
- BITSAT 2026 Admit List - This list will contain the names of those candidates who have met the BITSAT cutoff. Candidates whose names feature in the BITSAT admit list will be called to participate in the BITSAT counselling 2026 for admissions.
- BITSAT 2026 Wait List - This list will contain the names of those candidates who will be called for admission if any seats remain vacant.

BITSAT 2026 Result: Tie Breaking Guidelines
Admissions into programmes offered by different campuses of BITS are completely based on merit and the scores acquired by candidates in the BITSAT 2026. Here, the candidates also need to ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria related to the minimum marks to be obtained in the Class XII Board examination or equivalent qualifying exam.
In a situation wherein two or more candidates have the same BITSAT score, a tie-breaker will be done as per the below-mentioned rules:
- Scores of candidates in Mathematics/Biology (For BPharm) subjects in BITSAT will be considered for preparing the merit list.
- If the tie still exists, then the score of candidates in the Physics section of the BITSAT will be considered for preparing the merit list.
- If the tie still exists, then the score of candidates in the Chemistry section of BITSAT would be taken into consideration.
- If the tie still exists, then the total marks of candidates in their Class 12 examination in PCM/PCB (for BPharm) will be taken into consideration.

Yes, the students will be able to pay the BITSAT counselling fee offline. To make the offline payment, the students will have to pay through cash at any ICICI bank branch, along with a generated pay-in slip. Online payment methods are also available.

Yes, the students will have to pay the BITSAT counselling fee. To be registered for the counselling process, a fee of INR 1000 has to be paid. If the students fail to pay the fee before the final date, then they will not be considered for the allotment and admission process.
