BITSAT Cutoff 2026: The Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) Pilani releases the BITSAT cutoffs. The minimum marks over which admissions were offered into a particular course becomes the BITSAT exam cutoff. Note there is no passing marks for BITSAT. The cutoffs depend on several factors such as number of students, the average performance of candidates in a particular shift, previous years’ branch-wise cutoff scores, campus-wise trends and more. While there is no category-wise BITSAT cutoffs, the authorities have different closing scores for each campus.

Q: How is BITSAT merit list prepared?

BITSAT merit list will be prepared after checking performance of students in exam. Merit list will be released as admit and wait list. Students in admit list will be eligible for admission, while those in wait list will be called in for next round of allotment.

Q: Can I request to review my BITSAT score?

BITS Pilani authorities will not accept any requests to review BITSAT score. Since score is calculated after careful revision, authorities will consider it as final. If there are mistakes in other details, then it can be informed to authorities.

Q: Is there domicile requirement for BITSAT?

No, there is no domicile requirement for BITSAT admission. All Indian students are eligible for admission, if they meet the basic requirements. Through the BITSAT eligibility criteria, the students can check the important requirements that need to be met for admission.

Q: Will I be guaranteed admission if I meet the BITSAT cutoff?

Students will not be able to confirm their allotment if they meet the BITSAT cutoff. However, they will have higher admission chances to their choice of course and campus.
