BITSAT 2026 Application Form: Check Steps to Fill Application Form, Fee

To make the BITSAT 2026 application form filling process easier, the candidates are advised to prepare some important documents and information beforehand. By having these documents and information ready, the candidates will be able to fill out the form smoothly.

• Candidate's Photograph - 50 KB to 100 KB in JPEG/JPG format
• Candidate's Signature - 10 KB to 100 KB in JPEG/ JPG format
• An attested photocopy of the Class X pass/ Matriculation/Secondary School certificate issued by the Board
• An attested photocopy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination and any other higher University/Board examinations passed

BITSAT 2026 application form will be released online. To correctly fill out and submit the BITSAT application form 2026, the candidates can follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Registration - In the first step, the candidates will have to register for the BITSAT 2026 exam by following the given steps.

• Go to bitsadmission.com
• Click on the registration link.
• Candidates will have to register by providing their basic details such as their name, gender, date of birth, email ID and mobile number. A password also has to be created for future login purposes.
• After entering all the required details, the candidates will have to click on the submit button to complete the registration.
• On successful registration, a pop-up message with the registration number will appear on the screen.
• The candidates will also receive messages regarding BITSAT 2026 registration at their email addresses and mobile phone numbers. The mail will contain the candidate's login ID and password.
• The registration number, login ID and password have to be kept safe as they will be required for future logins.

Step 2: Filling out the application form - After registration, the candidates have to fill out the BITSAT application form 2026. Important information related to the candidate's personal, academic, and contact details has to be filled out on the form. BITSAT 2026 exam cities have to be selected in the order of preference since they will be considered for allotment of exam centres.

Step 3: Uploading of scanned documents - Next, the candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their recent passport-size colour photograph and signature as per the specifications given below. If the specifications do not match, then the application form will not be accepted.

Step 4: Fee Payment - Finally, the candidates will have to pay the BITSAT 2026 application fee online, i.e., through credit/debit card or internet banking. After a successful transaction, the candidates will receive a notification regarding their payment. The candidates are advised to download the fee payment receipt and save it for future reference.

For foreign candidates not residing in India: Payment has to be made by International Credit Cards and Debit Cards using the Online Payment Gateway

Step 5: Printout of application form - Candidates will have to download the filled application form and fee receipt of BITSAT 2026 after making the payment of the application fee, and take a printout of the downloaded application form and fee receipt for further reference. BITSAT 2026 application forms sent through fax or email will not be accepted. Candidates are also advised to note down their application form number because this is a unique number issued to them and has to be used by them for all subsequent correspondence with the Institute. 

After completing the BITSAT registration process, the candidates are advised to keep the following information and documents safe for future reference.

• BITSAT 2026 application form number
• Other documents that were used for filling out the online application form.

After the candidates pay the BITSAT application fee 2026, they will be able to check their status, i.e., whether the same has been received by the authorities or not. To official link to check the BITSAT 2026 application fee status will be available online at bitsadmission.com. To access the application fee status, the candidates will have to provide the following information.

• BITSAT 2026 application form number

• Date of birth

• Gender

The authorities will make the BITSAT 2026 application form correction facility available for all registered candidates. Separate correction facilities will be open for the different exam sessions. Through the BITSAT application form correction facility, the candidates will be able to edit/correct the details that they have previously submitted. Since it is a one-time process, the candidates are advised to make the corrections carefully. After the corrections are submitted, the authorities will not accept requests to change them. It is to be noted that not all details previously submitted in the application form will be open for correction/editing.
