How to Fill JKCET Application Form 2026?

Candidates can check here the instructions to fill application form of JKCET 2026. Candidates have to fill in following details in application form:

  1. Candidate’s name
  2. Candidate’s father's name
  3. Date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format
  4. A valid email id and mobile number
  5. Academic details
  6. Complete address of correspondence and permanent address
  7. Select exam centre
  8. After completing all formalities, candidates will receive application number on registered email id

Candidates could apply using JKCET application form link provided below. The application form was available only in the online mode. The direct link to fill application form of JKCET 2026 was also available at JK-BOPEE portal. There was no offline form for JKCET exam.

Fee Payment of JKCET Application Form 2026

After filling in details in application form, candidates have to pay prescribed JKCET application fee. Candidates have to click on 'Pay' button for fee payment. Candidates can pay fee online through debit card, credit card, and net banking. After successful payment, a transaction acknowledgement page with transaction details will be displayed on screen.

Documents Upload

Candidates have to upload documents such as a reserved category certificate (if applicable), photo, signature, thumb impression, etc. The photo, signature, and thumb impression should be in JPG/JPEG format.

Print JKCET 2026 Application Form

When candidates click on print application form link, preview of application form with all submitted details including payment details will be displayed on screen. Keep printout of application form safe.

Once the application form is submitted and the application fee is paid, the forms cannot be accessed for editing or any sort of correction. The details in the application form will be used in admit card, the result and also in the final admission/counselling. Hence the candidates must be very cautious while submitting the JKCET form. Documents Needed to Upload in JKCET Application Form

The candidates have to upload the below-given scanned documents in the online form, as applicable.

  • Certificate of residence proof of domicile UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may be
  • Marks certificate of the class 12/ equivalent qualifying exam issued by the concerned Board
  • Matriculation or equivalent exam certificate indicating Date of Birth issued by the respective Boards
  • Reserved category candidates claiming benefits of reservation under Sports, JKPM, CDP and TFW quota have to upload a copy of their category certificate along with the online application form within the prescribed last date. However, their eligibility shall be considered at par with Open Merit candidates.
  • Candidates have to upload a scanned copy of a recent photo, signature and thumb Impression.

There is no upper age bar for appearing in JKCET for admission to Engineering Courses, both in Government and Private Colleges.
